And go get that Mount&Blade Warband. I just saw the last Bannerlord blog video, this shit looks so fucking great xD (Edit: "last" as in, the one from 3 months ago ;_;).

Since this is basically a Steam thread:
I have a game on my steam account, only have my macbook with me, and I want to download this windows only game so I can play it when I get to my parents' place where my windows desktop is at.
Any way that's possible?

Yes, call your parents, give em your password and tell em to download it.
|
remote log in on your windows and download it, that way u dont have to give your parents password to your porn stash computer. guy above just wanted to ruin your life.

They don't have proper internet and an extremely restrictive data limit.
Otherwise I would simply DL it when I'm there.

you can download it on your macbook and then use in-house streaming if you are in the same wifi as your desktop

Any way that's possible? I would use this only as a last resort but using VMWare or Virtualbox to install windows as a virtual machine might work. You can install steam and the game for windows, then move the game folder under your steamlibrary in virtual machine to your windows desktop when you arrive there.

I think 28 € is a very fair price for that game. That's about the price I paid for the lowest tier on kickstarter. Considering this game offers way, way more than most full price AAA title it's a shame that people still consider this price as too expensive.
|
Well, the price You are willing to pay for a game is often more about Your financial constraints than quality of the game. Ie. it might be fair price, but still too much for some.

I actually installed Windows via Bootcamp, downloaded the game, moved the folder to a USB drive and now I hope that it's portable enough to put it on my desktop.
