Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines is now a flash sale. If RPGs of any kind interest you, hell even if you aren't into RPG's you should pick it up. Still an amazing game. Just be prepared to download the unofficial patch to get rid of the bugs.
I picked up Torchlight 2 today and already put a few hours into it. Surprised how much I am enjoying it. Granted these types of games aren't really my thing. Played a little of D2, quite a bit of D3 and some Path of Exile but eventually got bored of them. Seems to have a good amount of content so far and I love the pet system. Being able to dump items on it and send it back to sell while I go back to dungeon crawling is really refreshing compared to having to go back myself and break the tempo of what I was doing. Almost like having a courier from Dota 2 heh.
$4 well spent I suppose.

yeah if you havent played vampire:bloodlines yet, your life just isnt complete. its easily one of the very best rpgs out there. get it!

Any recommendations on FF III and FFIV (+exp)? From what I've read, FF IV exp is just a terrible port from the PSP/Wii version.
Also, Skyrim:LE for 11€, worth?

Anyone knows how Dynasty Warrior 8 Complete Edition is? Also, DLC for 180€ is weird :O Are these only skins or is some of them content as well?

FF3 is the iOS/Android port, if you can bypass the graphics its the same great game of old. It doesnt add anything as far as i know
FF4 its ths DS/iOS/Android, its a great (the best FF game game IMO) on its own right but... Its a handheld game port.
FF4 After Years are mini stories of what happened to FF4 characters, got it on Wii a while ago and thought it was great...
The pack seems worth it but it dependsi f you ever played those games before and if you are willing to put up agaisnt Handheld/mobile ports
And yes, Skyrim LE is 100% worth it at that price.

EU4 and AOW had a 75% sale 3 days before the start of the summer sale so they're probably delaying it a bit. Hopefully the sale features El Dorado at 75 as well!

Also the Talos Principle is still on sale for about 4 more hours. I didn't even realize it, but its won too many awards to not be worth it at $15.

Thank you for the heads up! Picked it up, I've been meaning to play The Talos Principle. <3

I know the first one is supposed to be way better, but my friends and I got ourselves Supreme Commander 2 yesterday and had a blast. Nice change to sc2 and definitely a solid rts. You don't need an extra account, can just play over steam and hosting games is very easy. Definitely worth the money, get the DLC too!

Typical Dynasty Warriors you against 100000. The DLC are cosmetic, the complete edition includes the bonus Lu Bu campaign. There's a lot of content but the game play itself is largely unchanged from the series.

How bad is playing Vampires Bloodline without the unoiffical patch? The patch is downloading at fucking 50 kb/s for me right now -.- My internet speed should be 100+ mb/s and I don't feel like waiting 3 hours for the patch to download right now before I start playing it.

Pretty bad. The devs went bust after this game because all 3 games they made were bugfests that community needed to fix afterwards.

Pretty bad. I'm not sure when the devs stopped patching the game, but last time I played without the unofficial patch stuff like quests not completing properly (and halting game progress completely) was prevalent. I would just wait a few hours if I were you.

I got myself Mark of Ninja Special Edition for 2.5E Been wanting that game for a while now.

Pretty bad. The devs went bust after this game because all 3 games they made were bugfests that community needed to fix afterwards. Technically, it's because no publisher would take their "Fallout 3" pitch (technically just a post-apocalyptic wasteland RPG--but Tim Cain revealed that it would have been FO3 if Bethesda hadn't won the bid for the IP) and they ran out of money without a game to work on. The lukewarm response to their previous titles thanks to the bugs isn't directly responsible for them going under, but probably contributed to the lack of faith by publishers in their work.
Even despite the bugs in their prior releases, the fact that they couldn't get a publisher to buy into a Cain/Boyarsky/Anderson Fallout spiritual sequel seems insane to me.
