Well in general I would say:
20 - 30 golems near henesys
30 - 36? mushroom kingdom quests
36- 48 The quests in the Kerning Mall and after that grind at CDs at the top floor
50 - 67? Scarecrows in the haunted mansion in NLC
67 - 90 Twisted Jesters in the haunted mansion
90 - 110? Mysterious path 3 in Singapore
110 - 200 Lionheart Castle in El Nath

Yea, quests don't really give good experience in this game. Some gives decent items/scrolls you can sell for mesos. But above is pretty much what to do to actually level. A few things you'd need help with are getting a zhelm and getting a MoN.

Zhelm: level 50 to wear, depending on your hp stats you might be able to go loot a zak helm at level 50

MoN, you can wear that at level 110

Quests are mostly worthless to do as they give crap rewards and are way slower than grinding. I wish they would make them more attractive somehow but at the moment it's pretty much pure grind

Hey guys, if you haven't heard already, I'll be quitting games and TL indefinitely. My dad basically handed me an opportunity that I would be stupid to pass up, so I want to go all-in pursuing it. I want to thank everyone for the time you spent playing with me. In a game characterized mostly by selfishness, I enjoyed the cooperation within the guild. Despite what Kritty and Roffles say, I believe MS is more than just a chat engine. There is money to be made, equips to be bought, levels to be earned, and bosses to be killed, and the guild has made it so much more fun and easier for me. The chat engine, however, is what made this game great for me. I loved the jokes we shared and learned so much from all of you. Now for some pics:
