The real pain seems to be to evolve togepi rather than togetic (because happiness is a bitch to do something about, unless its one of your main pokemangz) EDIT: Shiny stone is first prize in the bug pokemon contest | ||

Try to shadow ball a rattata or tackle a ghosty.
