What do you guys think wolves are going to do this season?
Do you think they will survive or get relegated? As a supporter for many years I hope we survive..but at the moment its not looking good. After losing Doyle then dropping to newcastle on the weekend...it really does not look good for us!

C'mon me babbies!
They have a doable program left, 4 home appearances and no top team apart from Everton, so it could look more grim.
Supporting weaker teams can be a hard task from time to time. Experiencing a good season with Nürnberg at the moment. Sadly things are looking worse and worse for Lens in France, don't think they'll make it this season anymore At leasts Gijon and Newcastle look like staying in their leagues, so at least a few of my favourite underdog teams survive.
hah well I don't care about being the underdogs/lesser teams...its my home towns team and would support them even if they dropped down the divisions
I know what you mean about the fixture list, and everton always seem to bring a bad game to us (at least thats what I remember) so we can scrap a few more points...the problem I have is the teams around us seem to be doing well
It's a shame about lens as they are generally regarded a decent team

their strength has always lay in their attacking presence, losing (a) arguably their most important striker and (b) going down to 10 men 15 minutes into a game away to real madrid was always going to be impossible
the combination of so many defensive players injured and simply having a defense of lesser quality was always their weakness, and it was painfully exposed 11v10.
the red card was completely brainless and fully justified, i have no argument with it.
that being said, i still have faith in spurs at home and faith in real madrid self destructing even if no one else on the planet does.
also, the fact that ramos escaped without a yellow is an absolute travesty, but otherwise i thought the german ref had an excellent game
I can no longer have faith that Spurs can get past a 4-0 deficit against Real Madrid, but fucking hell we're going to take it to them. White Hart Lane is gonna be a hell of a game.
OK, yesterday I was extremely tired after soccer training so I fell asleep on couch while watching CSI: New York. Woke up like 3.00 AM with TV still on and showing Tuesday Champions League summary, they were broadcasting infographics with results as follows: Real 4-0 Tottenham, Inter 2-5 Schalke.
So I thought to myself it's a nice dream and kept sleeping.

It's his personality/attitude that's repulsive, but if you call him overrated you must've missed his years at United. Haven't seen any really great play from him yet since he joined Real, though no surprise there since that club seems to be able to kill anyone's career.
I disagree, I think Ronaldo's best play has come since he has joined Real (or at the very least, he has maintained his performance from his last years at United). Of course, it does seem to be easier to score loads of goals in Spain, but he has been extremely consistent since he joined Real (and reduced a large portion of his previous antics). I by no means am a fan of Ronaldo, but you'd have to say that he is one of the best players in the world.
And I don't think that Real is 'killing anyone's career' as quite a few players are benefiting positively from their time there (Ozil, Di Maria, Higuain etc..). Its only because they are always chasing Barcelona that they seem to be doing poorly.
agreed.
Ronaldo has been better than ever imo. Even his overall demeanor has shaped up a bit. He definitely is top 2-3 best players in the world right now and has been for quite some time now. I wouldn't call him overrated.

Looking forward to tonight's all english game. It is very tight, incredibly hard to call, but if I had to go one way, I think my money would be on Man U, 2-1 (I hate to say it). Personally I would love nothing more than Torres to finally open his Chelsea account to win the game, and wouldn't be too surprised to see that happen, but I aren't confident enough to say I "believe" that will happen.
In the other tie Barca are obviously favourites, but I don't think it will be as easy as most people are thinking, I have been very very impressed by Shaktar over the last 2-3 years. Having said that, Barca are perhaps the greatest team to have ever existed, so with home advantage, I fancy them to get the job done, 2-0.
Enjoy the games everyone, should be another great night of Champions League football!

Well I usually watch it online on Sopcast but this essay of mine is like so hard and is due tomorrow. And considering I always have essays to write when the big games happen I kinda procrastinate more xD Well, I love football so I probably will (try to) do both at the same time.
