thats a good point. 
i was mainly thinking from my point of view, which is a shotgun crusader with 50k armor and substantial healing - the things that whoop my ass are electrified, fire chains and stuff like that.

most people have played the campaign dozens of times already; this is a patch, not an expansion. why force people to repeat something if they don't want to? i am glad they gave us the choice so i can rush into rifts rather than play the campaign, which can be tedious at times.

Anyone want to team up with me and my buddy for the ladder season? We're both going monk and plan on running through the campaign then grinding out bounties to 70. I know bounties are more efficient XP wise, but it'd be more fun doing campaign. My bnet id is barren#1666 and we have vent, hit me up with a message if you're interested.

i play a wizard with my brothers monk and probably a crusader solo since he actually has a good ladder item.
Also, new start is nice and i dont care that some people are exploiting torment 6 no kill quests.
I would never end up in a leaderboard anyways, some people do nothing but play PC games 18 hours a day.

Might have rushed the story on a low difficulty and then bumped it to T6 for the final boss, then gave it a ton of attempts until they got it haha

Probably had some other guys doing the story and then gave the quest to the main runner so he didn't have to waste that time.

with soul of evil i meant uber diablo?! maybe its actually called something else ingame, dunno.
in any case, i dont see how you can have the gear to successfully do uber diablo on t6 on hc just 7 hours after starting completely from scratch...
maybe they had a team of 16 people, with 4 simultaneous parties that all pooled their gear onto one char - then the 4 geared chars might have done it.... but still... sick.
