Maybe officially for Guinness I guess but that is really, really short. Think of the people you're competing against. What? 4.5 straight days is really short?

A guy i know won an XBOX360 for playing 92 hours straight. And we all know how things get exponentially harder at the top. So i would say 109 hours is about right, for world Guinness record ![]()

You get too delerious when you have been up that long so you forget that you sleep, many believes that they have been up longer but most are sleeping without noticing it. The brain needs to sleep now and then or you die. This is more true if you are doing something mentally taxing like playing a game.

Ever heard of Polyphasic sleep? Four 30 minute naps throughout the day (one every 6 hours) will be sufficient. I highly suggest that he practices getting used to this sleeping style first. EDIT: The rules say that he gets a 30 minute break every 4 hours so it is not absolutely continuous.

It's freaking insane. + Show Spoiler + Granted with those values player dmg and health should be pretty beefy as well but something gives me pause when a LVL 63 monster in Act 4 is capable of a 170k hit and we don't even know the attack speed. With 50% dmg reduction puts that at 85k, 75% at 42.5k... just wtf. I just hope they scaled the items correctly for the difficulty they are trying to hit. Bring on the fun!

correct me if im wrong but: http://www.kuro5hin.org/story/2002/4/15/103358/720 30 minutes every 4 hours is exactly what you need for the sleep schedule above, using that you could prolly play d3 for atleast a week and feel fine

1) Will you be able to get the highest quality loot from single-player only? 2) Do anyone have a good link that has information about the auction house? 3) Is the auction house going to be online at launch? I don't have any delusions about making crazy amounts of $$$ from the auction house, but I have no interest in pvp. If I ever get anything worth while, I'll probably put it all up for auction no matter what. It would be nice to get a few dollars here or there every once in a while. If people want my loot, they can have it.

RMAH will not be available during launch, they said it will be up a week or so after the launch.

17 hours of Kripparrian theorycrafting. This stuff is so fascinating to watch. For example, from what I've watched so far, we can conclude that stutterstepping makes attack animations faster, and that +x life from health globes does in fact double with the barb passive Pound of Flesh.
