Leah, niece of Deckard Cain, (partially) guides us through the story, has been featured in pretty much all trailers so far. Try to get away from that cozy spot under your rock every once in a while .
Leah is the daughter of Adria the Witch and Prince Aidan and thus the granddaughter of King Leoric and the niece of Prince Albrecht. She was conceived a few days after Diablo's "defeat" in the catacombs beneath Tristram. She was taken care of in her infancy by Gillian the Barmaid, whom Adria brought with her to Caldeum. Leah was eventually adopted by Deckard Cain

On a more cogent level, am I crazy or is there quite a bit going on in that trailer that we haven't seen before? Obviously I recognize a lot of it, but there were definitely some things that haven't shown up in any earlier videos.
I hope she ends up being more than just "sidekick that isn´t cain". When you think about it her Father had a glowing evil rock in the face when she was concieved. Why did the first thing that came to mind when he decided to imprison a demon within himself "the town witch shure has a nice ass" - and merely a day later he goes on the D2 destruction trip east.
Not sure if it has been posted yet, 320 pages is a rather large sum to cover, but I found this nice video on some of the lore of the world of Diablo. Would be a shame if someone missed it in these days leading up to the release.
The other parts can be found in the description of the video but just in case. + Show Spoiler +

Thanks, lots of nice info in those. Although I don't know how he managed to pronounce so many things that were said in game incorrectly. Izual, Baal, Harrogath...
Am i the only one to not like this ? I find it pretty retarded to have to click more forcefully our mouse in order to have an "increased" dps... I really don't see any point beside looking "cool" for kids... :/
Do you play DotA? This style of Animation Cancelling is pretty natural for good DotA players and im personally happy that a more involved and active playstyle gets rewarded. :D
Don't get me wrong, i'd rather have something else than having to repeteadly click on my mouse like a nerdrage tbh... Like maybe able to do an interrupt spell in boss fights. I repeat, i find this whole increased dps ting retarded, but if i've to do that to have the best dps then i'll probably use it (afterall it's almost like a 20% dps increase ? Ofc everybody will use it...).
And no i don't play dota nor any other LoL games, but that's something i've already seen while i was playing around with the WD, especially the 3 darts skill thingie.

She's the Dark Wanderer's daughter, future vessel of the Lord of Terror, and probably an ancestor of Kerrigan.

I can't take it anymore!!!! I want this damn game so much lol. Been arranging everything in my life that I can so that I can play this game the very moment it's released. I ordered a 800€ computer to play it in max settings. I will wake up at 6:30 my time only to be ready to install the game and play. I planned my build and class beforehand to the extent that is realistic. No amount of feminine wiles shall keep me from this game!

Lol, that's the exact opposite of me. I'm not doing ANYTHING to prepare for D3. Same old laptop (open beta worked fine so the retail version should too), preordered from amazon.co.uk with free delivery (up to 10 work days in transit to Poland), planning to study for finals in May for June instead of playing. Didn't try out all the classes, didn't theorize a build. Planning take additional classes for summer vacation also. I'll be lucky to get it by the 26th of May and play it before July.

IRL responsibilities > D3
No. D3 > Everything else.
That's what I keep saying, but my friends make fun of me because I took a weeks vacation from work to play what they call "just a videogame".
