2 issues I had that I think could be improved:
Team picks were sorta bullshit. Keyboarder picked Desirous as his second pick, yet he ended up on Utahime's team as like a 4th pick. EzPz said he wasn't playing then suddenly becomes available for Gozey to pick. That's bullshit imo.
Games didnt start until like 12:45. We wasted a lot of time trying to pick teams and get things organized. It would be great if we could be more organized ahead of time so it wouldn't take more than 15min before the first game started.
Also, not having any bans and people building tryhard combos is sorta annoying. My gut reaction is to implement some bans, but I might just be on tilt after brees' locket udyr with soraka support so easily outpushed our team. I'll think about this some more.

Nobody picked EzPz because he said he wasn't playing due to a poor internet connection. I find it odd he suddenly decides to play when Gozey picks him.
Keyboarder picked Desirous, but someone said he wasn't playing or something which turned out to not be true. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but somehow he went from being Keyboarders 2nd pick, to Utahime's 4th.

I've been having this problem that all the champs I play which are fun to play (Yi, Shaco, Cho, etc.) aren't good in a tryhard comp. If I want to win when I tryhard I need to play WW, but it gets boring playing him sometimes and as soon as I switch to another champ I go on a huge loss streak because they're just not good against tryhard comps. My WW is about 2:1 win-ratio wise but all my other champs are barely above 1:1.
