honestly, all you have to farm up with xin now is a last whisper. with a full AD runepage his E->QW will be doing insane damage without any items, and as soon as you get that last whisper you'll be just flat out destroying them. AND last whisper also is megabuff to his already imba ult: Xin Zhao unleashes a fierce spear sweep on targets around him, dealing 125/250/375 + 20/20/20% of their current health in physical damage. His magic resistance and armor are increased by 30/40/50 for the next 8 seconds. can't wait to get back into xin again | ||

I don't usually get attack speed on him besides Guinsoo but the ability power and magic resist debuff could be great coupled with his ult and empower spam. | ||
