lol would've just got blown up anyway. i cried tears of salt today from mvc3. x-factor is stoooooooooooooooooooooopid. x-factor sent is pretty bad, but x-factor dark phoenix is just so mindbogglingly retarded. any of u guys on stream happened to watch the match where the guy snapped phoenix in when she had 3 meter and everyone was shouting "YA DEAD NOW JEAN" and 20 seconds later normal phoenix is never caught and RTSD'd the other team? people getting better using regular phoenix to the point where if shes snapped in b4 5 meters its not gonna be a free dead character. but tbh, any match involving phoenix sucks to watch unless she's dying in 1 combo. she's either rushing people who are running away like normal chars vs TvC giants or she gets x-factor and becomes retarded. i hope you guys saw ryry's reverse ocv bailing out sanford/yipes. ryry is so ridiculously good.

anyway just got back home. the stream shows no justice the amount of head shaking x-factor comebacks by sent/phoenix. the whole day sanford had a look like his mother died every time he started playing mvc3.oh Justin is on another level. people are struggling to not getting perfected vs various teams that are clearly not his main ones. i'm interested in seeing how tomorrow turns out.

anyway this tournament has prolly been the best tournament for me performance wise. spent most of my time playing mvc3 in preparation and i felt that game i did the worst in all the games i entered (mvc3/ssf4/sf3/st only cuz my friend randomly decided to pay for my entry fee). first time i felt content with the way i played.

lastly shoutouts to the 13 year old kid fucking ppl up in MK vs DC with the flash in the cabinet room and shoutouts to bill307. didn't know u were making the trip to philly again

Sick games. I watched all of the stream up until now. the MvC3 matches at first were pretty boring then things started heating up. Any team with Sent/PX is retarded, so many comebacks and the guy that got his Phonenix snaped in and then raped without turning her dark I believe was Dynce from SRK Illuminati.

Justin definitely looked like he was on a whole nother level than the rest of the crew, specially compared to the first couple of matches that were shown were people were dropping combos left and right.

Keits did well and so did PR Rog, his Dante looked pretty solid.

The SF4 matches on the other hand althou didn't show any high profile matches aside from LI Joe's mirror Sagat match, looked like it was S-Class level play. Great zoning, great combos, really enjoyed those couple of matches they showed.

So far the tournament overall has been great for me as an spectator and I have to admit that the level of hype that Marvel brings is unrivaled.

You claimed West Coast, specifically LA, was miles ahead. From what we've seen, Justin is demolishing both regions right now, and the tournament for EC isn't done yet.

On the WC streams, no one has managed to touch Justin, to put him in losers or even reset the gf bracket on him. If those things happen tomorrow, you're actually wrong. And even if they don't Justin winning tournaments on both sides of the country with ease doesn't do much to show WC > EC.

And most importantly, when the game is changing on a day to day basis, trying to declare a region obviously superior a week in is blatant foolishness. The first real major to show anything like that will be Evo, and the true decider will be Season's Beatings. Not a moment sooner.

I'm not on either coast, nor do I have any affiliation or ties with either's community of players.

I find it crazy that floe up and moved to cali for good though. Even crazier if he really is trying to situate himself around fighters more than work. Bold moves.

I hope they're wise enough for the tourney tomorrow to put sf4 before marvel. There's no way I'll be able to sit down and watch sf4 after the finale of a marvel tourney.
