09-10 49-18 so far 08-09 65-17 NBA Champs 07-08 57-25 West Champs and if you go all the way till 2000.... the Lakers have won 4 Nba Titles under Kobes explosive offense... who gives a fuck about his stats like Xeris says ... the game is about winning Titles right? On a side note, Phil Jackson imo* is the motherfucking greatest coach of all time... everytime I witness him going to work live when L.A plays the Jazz... I'm amazed at how he controls the flow of the game and fucks with the other teams heads... he always makes smart choices imo* I mean the guy has 10 Nba Titles you would think that he knows if Kobe is good for his team or not right?... now iirc I think I read something in a magazine where Kobe says Phil lets him do whatever he pleases because he trustes him , etc, etc. He is a professional coach and is all he does for a living I think he'd know more about effieciency for his team than you troll. x2fst you should just say that you dont like Kobe and period... but not try and come up with bullshit numbers that dont prove anything... Im a jazz fan and hate the fucking lakers and kobe but I respect that guy... I still like Lebron better anyways

I miss the days when I could watch Kobe make a great move and hit that important shot. Like when Sundiata Gaines of the Jazz hit the game winning 3 over the cavs, after a minute of the Jazz clawing their way back from a 7 point deficit, that was pure basketball joy. But now if Kobe does it, some people will ruin it by tattooing "Kobe give me your babies" onto their chest and show a picture of it on the forum while waving around Kobe = Greatest Player of All Time signs. Why people argue back: imagine if you met someone from north korea or cuba. That's kind of cool. Now imagine that person starts ranting to you that communism is better, and they shove the Cuban Health Care system or um, I guess the North Korean special forces team in your face. Now if someone just told me about it, I'd say good for them. But if someone tries to present it as proof of some ridiculous assertion, like Kobe is obviously the best player of all time, the best current player, or whatnot in the face of glaringly contradictory evidence, people might get annoyed and tell them that their country is broke and starving. If this thread were full of OMG Lebron super fans, I would feel equally inclined to criticize his bone headed shot selection sometimes. So if anyone Kobe super fans are listening: please give it a rest so the rest of us can enjoy Kobe again. And it wouldn't hurt if you appreciated other players, like Nowitzki, or even a certain other all star on the Lakers team. Seriously, he's soft because he couldn't score in the final minutes Cavs game when they surrounded him with 4 players and banged him around while nobody else helped? He's soft because after being jarred around like that he misses some free throws?

http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=A9G_XI.v36BLUiMBqle8vLYF?slug=mc-royblazers031610 sure hope this follows through in the long term. i've seen quite a few ball games where roy is just too complacent and unselfish.
