BTW have you seen that show they keep advertising during breaks? Zest seems to be having fun there, I think it was the first time I actually heard him giggle :D Too bad there are no subtitles
I have seen it, and yeah, I regret there's no subbed version available. Would be nice to know everything they say. What I do know though is that they had a little battle for who's the KT ace, Zest and some guy in archon mode vs TY and some guy. Which team Zest won.
Also that 2v2 against the Proleague casters, that game was hilarious.
Zest looked really good today. Sometimes you just get cheesed out. It happens. If he can defend the all ins in his gsl group and get to a macro game I think he can beat the zergs.
Oh don't worry about that loss guys. That's the sort of thing protoss all die to nowadays, and has nothing to do with his level dropping. In fact, he pretty easily beat Maru who looked unstoppable up til then, then beat Trap quite convincingly too.
No need to be worried, it's not like he's dropping entire sets to TANGTANG yet

I'm just mildly concerned because his GSL group is pretty rough for anyone. Even though Zest might be the best player in the world right now, that group is not great. Groups A and D look way easier. I'd say by difficulty B > C > D > A.
(Basically, the idea is, if I replace the weakest player in the group with another player, how high are that player's chances of advancing? In this case I went "If I replace X with Maru, how hard would it be for him to advance?", X being SpeeD, Cure, Losira and Bunny)

I wish all of the aftershow had subtitles tbh, it would be sooo awesome. I want to understand that one time when Stork and Solar appear together, or sOs and Rogue. Zest and TY seemed to have fun
I wander how good Cure's TvZ is right now. It would be really nice for Zest to play Cure again in the last match if he can't beat the zerg in the winners match (assuming Zest beats Cure in the 1st match which he probably will).

B is super stacked and A is super weak but Zest should still make it out of his group easily enough. If he doesn't.. well then I guess he wouldn't be making it much further regardless which group he was in.

I hope he doesn't show what are his chosen builds per map, as he is playing the GSL 2 days later!

Damn, Zest and his schedule. Good thing that ProLeague Round 1 is over now or he would have even more thing to worry about.
I just wanna tell you guys that I updated Zest's Liquipedia article a bit, writing about him from BlizzCon 2015 until pretty much now. However I was not really following SC2 closely before BlizzCon so maybe someone should fix that part if you have time? I summed the whole 2015 year up in like half a sentence

Safe to say he'll be prioritizing GSL over Kung Fu.
what broke my heart is they lost to the same team twice, they lost to JAG last final playoffs, they lost to them again. Zest still looked amazing, but it was hard to carry the whole team on his own . he will advance in kung fu cup with TY~and for the GSL, I can only wish his best luck because his group is way too sick

TY should be the only player in that Kung Fu Cup group who can beat him, so he can probably hide builds.
I Believe Zest will advance in his GSL group. Missed the last Kung Fu Cup but I read it was really awesome. Didnt loose any game I think? Zest is best! Fighting <3

I did my voting now. Everybody should vote for Zest, he's so awesome and good. Zest vs Cure will be nice in a couple of days only left.
