Ok so here's the final calculus for Blizzcon qualification: Scarlett is 230 points behind Elazer, so if Elazer doesn't wins single series at WCS Montreal, i.e. 33rd-40th and +0 WCS points, Scarlett just needs to make Ro16 (+300) or better. If Elazer drops out in Ro16 (+300) through Ro32 (+100), Scarlett needs to get Ro8 (+600) or better. If Elazer gets Ro8, Scarlett must get Ro4 and so on.
This is all assuming people like Drogo, MaSa, Lambo don't overperform.
Gonna be tough if Elazer is in GSL vs World form, but doable!

You count points as if being on the list of Blizzcon is enough. Strong play is also important). (In Blizzcon)

You're acting like she owes you something or needs to prove something. Stop. She doesn't.

You're acting like she owes you something or needs to prove something. Stop. She doesn't. Of course she shouldn't. This is her life, whatever she does. I act as if you set the "low bar" for her. Aka Get into this contest and that’s enough. Maybe I didn’t understand correctly and you simply rejoiced at any small victory, preserving the belief that she can even more.
|
More like, if she doesn't get into the contest it wouldn't matter nearly as much what form she's in come November? Not a low bar but the first step.
|
Scarlett has never qualified for BlizzCon. She could and should have, but simply seeing her make it would be great.
|
Seeing her form these last few months, it would be surprising seeing her make a deep run in Montreal and qualifying for Blizzcon... let alone making it past the group stage at that tournament.
We are talking about Scarlett though, anything can happen.

i hope she will suprise us

because we are her fans? i think she is better elazer, so elazer is now in and some here think that she deserve it more. but yeah. the missing of wcs spring was not really helpful if she really wanted to go to blizzcon, otherwise i am sure she had enough points to be number 8. but we will see anyway

That's hardly true. Not doing something doesn't imply you could't have done it, you know? Scarlett may very well have qualified for BlizzCon before; by the way, this is Scarlett's fan club, what were you expecting to find?
