it is so funny, that at the koreans poll it is much more voting and not as clear as in the world poll. i wonder why thats the case. i voted in every category, someone of you didnt? if yes, why not?

I actually only voted for Scarlett and Fantasy :D

If you just look at the top votes for each race, the World vs the Korean ones are actually comparable, as those players are top-tier and popular (often because of how good they are). There are just more top-tier/popular players in Korea. Also the size of each player's fan club/twitch stream probably correlates the amount vote he/she gets.

Out of interest does anyone know what the foreigner house stream is? Or do they do their streams from whatever account of various individuals who live there?

looks like scarlett is not part of gsl vs the world. elazer just beat reynor and her with 5k. so reynor and he will go.
someone know more? 5k more than the other 2 races. and all for just him? suspicious..

Apparently some Polish youtuber told people to vote for Elazer so he got about 5k overnight. Unless Scarlett has some friends with that kind of fanbase, she's pretty screwed

Well, there is no way she can get all those votes in time... However, Elazer is 8th while Scarlett is 9th, and judging by her shape these last months, I think Elazer going is not that bad for the show (regardless of the polish army voting brainlessly) even when we want her to go.

What it's clear is that the GSLvsWorld voting system is a f***g joke.

it was a popularity vote, now it is abused by famous friends of the players. i am not hating elazer, but i do not like the friend of him, abusing his range to manipulate the voting system.

so that way, it is not a popularity vote anymore, it is just people who do what a guy told them to do. i bet most of them never heard of elazer or even watch starcraft.

i bet scarlett is pretty pissed, because of the money.

It's still a popularity contest, its just not Elazers popularity that's winning. Same thing happened last year with Kelazhur.

Also, if we're being totally fair, as Elazer himself pointed out on reddit, Scarlett did make it in the last 2 years over Elazer, it's not wildly unfair that the tables turned this year.

Wow. That sucks. After Kelazhur's votes I've been expecting it to happen with someone (regardless of whether or not it "should" or "shouldn't" happen), I guess I just didn't expect it to be that ridiculous of a spike.

I still want to see Reynor there, very much. So, I guess if you vote now I'd ask to vote for him to make sure he makes it.
