and zvt is just painful to watch, really. she used to ace zvt matches, nowadays not so much and its not her fault that it got close to impossible.
Yeah ZvT got pretty stupid with the last patch, but after trying new maps I think her ZvT will get much better. Not as many dumb ledges like Deadwing or super exposed thirds like Foxtrot.
i absolutely hate zvt im watching proleague atm and ByuL doesnt seem to have solutions either, just classic tryhard, mutas + banes + roaches
hopefully the new maps will bring some changes or otherwise this matchup is garbage
His solution seems to be kill a shit ton of scvs with banelings. It's pretty effective.
tbh this hack guy plays relatively passive for a terran. other terrans are way more aggressive like the ones she faced lately, TY, Heart, etc

maybe slightly more so, but he's doing the standard push in one area, drop at another base shennanigcans. byul is just getting some good harrass in.
Alright, it's already full of fireworks here where i live, i'm feeling this new year vibe so I'll just say this earlier. Happy New Year to Scarlett, and of course to all of you.
2014 has been a tough year for her, with both good and difficult times. She travelled more than anyone else trying to win as much as possible in all events and to prove herself, she gave lots of interviews and was under the spotlight; she showed absolutely incredible performances where she took out Polt, DRG, MC, Taeja, viOlet, and so many other top Koreans, as well as a lot of non-Koreans in various events; and she shared a lot of things about herself; she is heartful and made public that she genuinely cares about her fans and their opinions, and you guys understood and showed her a lot of support; that's really cool.
2015 is going to be just as tough for her; whereas in a Korean teamhouse there are coaches, who help progamers get over tough moments in a matter of hours, she doesn't have the luxury of a coach, so it's up to her to figure out alone solutions on a daily basis for all obstacles - slumps, travel fatigue recovery, balancing time spent on strategy/player studying vs actual practice, mental strength, choosing a tournament over another, interacting with fans, and so on.
Overall the bar has been raised for Starcraft 2 progamers, with lots of travelling due to growing scene and increasing nr of tournaments, they have to fight a lot harder, sleep less, train more and such. Since she's one of the best, she will have a lot of challenges to face in 2015; when she goes through rough times, she turns to the fanclub to find support, so everyone's posting here helps her overcome difficulties. She never wants to disappoint, but when it gets tough, she is self-critical and always tries to improve.
Mental strength and confidence are crucial in every sport, and hugely underestimated by many non-Korean players. The best thing that this fanclub can do for Scarlett is to provide that confidence boost especially in tough times, this is really important; it's the kind of thing that a coach does, but she doesn't have one. If we compensate and provide that support to her, we will 100% see more awesome moments like this one.
Alright so Happy New Year, and Scarlett don't forget to have lots of fun tomorrow at whatever party you go to Ehm, forget cutting sugar for now, this is New Year's Eve, right

The problem with bane run-bys is that even if you do kill a lot of SCV's, it's still a pretty big resource/army commitment, and if the Terran decides to counter attack or all-in after that, Zergs oftentimes do not have enough of an army to hold it off. Plus if it does proceed to macro game after that, Zergs are often behind in upgrades because so much gas was dedicated to those banelings.

Well of course it's a situational thing. I said that because he said Byul was struggling and then totally won the game with that move. It's a risky move obviously. (this probably isn't appropriate for this fanclub, perhaps we shouldn't discuss this here)
