HyuN seemed intent on WCS NA this whole time, and now that is put to a halt, I suspect he is going to play in GSL.
Apparently he forfeited his GSL spot, so no WCS in general.

he was already in korea ....also he did not forefeit code S so he had to qualifiy for code a NA ... overall bad decisions like MC in euriope who is still not qualified too GOGO hyun, make it next season | ||

Game 1 on Whirlwind: HyuN goes 10 Pool with Drone pull against a 15 CC (I think) and wins easily Game 2 on Daybreak: HyuN opened with a Roach/Ling Nydus build which didn't do much, and Kas lets the Nydus Worm live, which gives HyuN the opportunity to spread creep on Kas's side. Standard macro game with HyuN going for heavy Ling/Bane/Roach with a few Mutas, and once Kas pushes, HyuN makes a huge counterattack on the third. Base-trade somewhat happens, though HyuN gets right into Kas's main and camps the production while HyuN defends his main. HyuN wins with a big flood of Ling/Bane. Game 3 on Akilon Wastes: HyuN takes early third with Roach support and pushes with Roach/Bane/Speedling and takes out the two Engineering Bays researching 2/2. HyuN continues to pressure Kas while taking a fourth and droning like crazy. Kas makes a push with Marine/Tank, but HyuN gets too good of an angle with Ling/Bane and uses burrowed Infestors to distract the Siege Tanks with ITs. HyuN safely transitions into Ultra/BL and wins decisively. | ||

1st game MMA opens 15 Hatch, Hyun goes triple 8 proxy reaper, shows great micro, keeps killing drones and lings never overextending with his reapers, expands behind it and finishes with a hellion/marauder/reaper timing, all the while cackling maniacally from beginning to end and taunting MMA in chat. 2nd game he opens reapers again but this time an economic 3 cc build. Makes only 2 reapers, keeps them alive the whole time while macroing up, scouting and picking up a ling or two or a drone here and there, even scouts the spire MMA tries to hide in a corner of his base. Goes into a long macro game where Hyun goes bio/mine, MMA goes Muta/Ling into Ultras then Broodlords. Hyun plays really abusive with the drops all game, keeps killing MMA's 4th. When the final push comes, MMA pauses the game and begs him for 30 more seconds, they agree to 15, Hyun retreats, comes a bit later and rolls over MMA's army. It wasn't even close. He was laughing his ass off the whole time. Must have felt good to get revenge with all the problems he has had in ZvT lately. :p | ||
