The updates are slow and infrequent. And ever since the day they put Taeja as the best player in the world for winning a bunch of online-only Weekly mini-tournaments.... I stopped caring.

I'd love for the two to meet, now. Well, quite a few people (including you, I think) jumped on the Life train after his GSTL performance, the difference being that they were correct in their praise ![]()

I just find it interesting that Innovation went from decent (fluke)semi-finalist to "Best Terran in the world" in a heartbeat. Oh, and I dislike people thinking someone can beat Life ![]()

Look at Symbol - Squirtle today, for example. innovation vs life sholud be the last final of gsl. it would be so insane becuase both of them are known for their god like zvt and tvz. even tho i like innovation i hope and belive that life would win.

Oh, and I dislike people thinking someone can beat Life ![]() Life was not a completely unknown player he was the most consistent player who tried to attend every korean online event and all-killed team ReIGN in IPTL also he was at the top of korean ladder also he was chosen as the ZeNEX ace player for AoL event where he destroyed Genius and SuperNova. DongRaeGu can be called a completely unknown player when he came from nowhere and killed oGs but it can be said if you never saw korean ladder rankings where DongRaeGu was Top 1. As for INnoVation he Soulkey and Rain were the best KeSPA players on ladder and later INnoVation was Top 1, in interviews he said that he almost never loses online but when he playes in SPL something is wrong now when he is overcoming these problems we can see his full potential.

Oh trust me, I know everything there is to know about Life's career at this point. What I'm saying is that when he appeared in GSTL and tore shit up, he was hardly a player that people ever discussed when talking about Korea's top Zergs. Quite obviously a few people did, mostly those who follow the Korean ladder/online scene closely, and I'd watched him play a few times before GSTL, but it is still fair to say that very few considered him worth looking at before he proved himself against TL/SlayerS. DRG's case is a little different, going from zero to hero (again, everything is relative) much faster than Life but remaining kind of a hipster fan pick for a while even though he was killing everything in team leagues. Obviously all three showed promise before the general public acknowledged them, but Innovation was semi-finalist last season but wasn't truly acknowledged until the Ro16 of this season, which is what I think is curious

![]() I think this whole "hipster fan" concept is kind of silly, but for the record, the first prominent Life fan was Asha in 2011 (sitromit kind of oozed in that year too, I think).
