This is the best Code A qualifiers we've ever had I think, 4 players making it in and it is the ones that deserve it most on the team.

IM now has 8 players in GSL.

Yonghwa will of course royal road in 2013 season 1.

Looking at who they have to play, I think It's very likely IM will go 6-0 in the ro48, Seed gets his best match up against a weaker player, NesTea gets to play someone who likes to do early game shenanigans and Yonghwa will beat everyone so he can become the last WoL GSL champion next year.

Also, Yoda Seed and Mvp will be going to IPL5. Yoda was announced as the IM IPL TAC3 invite earlier today.

Potentially, 8 players. That's of course extremely unlikely to occur but it would set a new record if it did. I believe the current record is 6 players from the same team in Code S in the same season.

Seed and Yoda to defend IM's honour at IPL 5 this weekend. I'm curious to see how having to do both the main tournament and the GSL workd championship thing effects Seed. I have no idea what kind of play Yoda will show up with, he could be the dude who bosses his way through code a and up/downs or he could be the guy who screws up double proxy rax in the saddest way possible. Please be the good Yoda at IPL

Well Yoda and Seed have at least both made it into the money even if they are both in the losers bracket now. Yoda took down Squirtle and DRG and put up one hell of a fight vs polt. Even if an IM member doesn't win this thing I'd say the guys have done ok for themselves. Here's hoping for even better performances as the tournament wears on though.

Mvp, Yoda, First and YongHwa are each one series win away from securing code S for next season. Nestea, Losira, Byul and Happy, face the up and downs. If all goes well we could have 8 IM players in code S next season and Seed will be demoted to Dishwasher

I'm also really excited for Hots to come and shake things up, I want to see what sort of team IM morphs into in the new game and if their players lead in developing the metagame again.

IPTL still IM's home turf, lovely all kill by First ( who needs his own fanclub damnit) tonight. It was sweet and a bit sad to see the post apologizing for the team's lackluster results in the latter part of the year. Honestly though IM's performance as a whole this year has been better than most teams so I hope they return to their expected standards soon.

3 ( so far) in code A
Nestea makes the semis for iron squid again.
If they can put together a good GSTL run or two they're going to have it made this year.

Awesome chance there too. Before, only startale was really a team with as high caliber of players. With their loss of parting and squirtle their threat level has drastically diminished.
