Unfortunately it doesn't work like that, you'd have to avoid sunlight completely because the sun will reset your body clock and you'll feel like shit if your in the hot sun when its night time on your body clock. Jet lag from flying Europe to Korea is brutal, but its a lot better the other way round. | ||
