I don't understand why he thinks he doesn't need to do anything about it, when it's clearly affecting his play, and I would imagine it affects his practice routine (not the amount of hours, but how he practices). Guys like MMA are coming and saying that MVP's wrists are worrying and a 'sad situation.' Why doesn't MVP himself feel that way? Fuck, if I were him, I'd skip the MLG Winter season, skip the Code A Ro24 matches, and get surgery immediately. Since the Up/downs aren't played until middle/late March, that gives him over a month and a half to recover. Flash took around two months, so it should be a similar timeframe for MVP. Well, it's been two months since I posted the above, and it looks like everything's changed for the worse. So depressed...

He would have been on the same flight as Nestea who arrived safely so it wouldn't have been issues with traveling.

I guess he wants to do well in GSL again, not risking anything with all the jetlags etc.

Something must've happened with Moon too as he forfeited his games as well.

CTS is not a disease, it's an injury. Surgery will probably offer some degree of improvement, but won't fix it 100%. Sometimes CTS surgery can actually make the problem worse. Regardless, it would mean he's completely out 1-3 months, and would have to take it easy for up to a year after that. I have had issues with CTS for 4 years, and have had surgery. It's way more complicated than just getting surgery, waiting a month, and being back to 100%. TT MVP!!! I LOVE YOU!

Exactly, rarely do you see such a talent who can engineer a comeback and win the game in a situation vs parting with 2.7x the army supply. How can anyone not be a fan of mkp?

I wouldn't say he's unique. MMA has been doing MKP's playstle better and more efficiently. I just miss MVP's all around solidness though.

MMA has a very different playstyle than MarineKing, lol. I know you're a huge fanboy of MMA and have an unrelenting hate against MarineKing but please don't be blinded by it. Not to mention this is the MVP fanclub so not sure why MarineKing hate would be justified. I think we'll be able to see MVP play well in GSL which is why I'm happy he didn't strain himself by going to IPL, even when injured he is easily a top3 Terran.

Flash is Flash though. And I can well imagine Flash just ignoring the doctors (and his coach, if you believe the rumors) and just playing no matter what. But I think in this case it is not worth risking an even greater injury for Mvp.

Ofc there was no PL or MSL to practice for when he was out of action, but seeing as KeSPA are moving in to SC2 soon I think he should be able to take a break for a while and just get healed.
