Not just progaming career but pretty much everything that requires you to use your hands. In normal every day life this sort of stuff can make people go on early retirements etc.

I checked him out on sc2 ranks. It actually COULD be immvp since he had only 214 league wins while 213 of his league wins were in season 6. This means that he probably only lost 4 out of his 5 placement matches on purpose last season, thus his mmr could be easily changed without having to win 100 matches in a row. Also, he is ranked 5th in the world in terms of points, and not anyone can just get there causally you know ...
