Both NesTea and Mvp seem to be slumping as of late, it's sad because I'm sure Mvp's problems are caused by lack of practice due to his wrist pain.

Losira in Code B, Happy lost in Code A and both NesTea and MVP have to requalify for Code S. It's really making me sad, but I don't know if MVP can recover from this, since he can't afford a surgery like Flash. Maybe/hopefully I'm wrong and it's just a motivation problem that's holding him back.

Lol wtf are you even talking about. OF COURSE he can afford surgery with the money he won last year. Yeah it's not a cheap operation but do you really think you have to be a millionaire to afford it? Don't be ridiculous. http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/carpal_tunnel/detail_carpal_tunnel.htm "The average lifetime cost of carpal tunnel syndrome, including medical bills and lost time from work, is estimated to be about $30,000 for each injured worker." And the operation itself is a lot less than that on average. Sure I don't know about South Korea but don't try to tell me that the price is 10 times more expensive than the rest of the world.

Actually I am quite surprised that you have to pay surgerys yourself in korea. Or does it exclude intentional self-damaging as it is the case with Mvp, as you can argue.

Hope he can keep it up and win another title :D But it's getting harder because there are so many good players nowadays. I think it has a lot less to do with the "good players" and a hell of a lot more to do with severe carpal tunnel that is restricting his play. We all know what he is capable of; he is just playing through immense amounts of pain

He will follow in the footsteps of the God of Starcraft. He will return and go on a 15-0 teamleague streak. He will become MVP 2.0.

the thing with mvp.. with his TvZ was his strongest match up but the most used unit he had in that MU were ghosts and since they were nerfed its gonna become his worst Actually, Mvp had one of the best TvZs before ghost usage became popular. Ghosts just made his late game even more scary. Considering he is the terran with the most diverse style (bio, bio-tank, mech, cheese, timing, macro), he is probably the best in handling nerfs to a single unit

After reading his interview after getting back in Code S, his wrist sounds like it causes him so much problem not being able to exert force with them. I hope he is able to get them healed and back playing at 100%!

I really hope you can find a doctor soon because those wrists need to be taken care of before anything too serious happens (permanent damage etc.)

Q: How’s your body condition now? A: Before the games, I thought that it wasn’t very good. I noticed many minor mistakes in my play today. I think my health problems might be a bit more serious than I imagined (laughs). TT He goes into a bit more depth about his specific wrist issues, also says he wasn't really practicing for MLG because he was supposed to be in a rest period. Still seems pretty upbeat though.
