It's understandable that the crowd wasn't pleased with the match not being played out but they didn't have to boo... especially since it's your birthday. But in an emotionally heated situation... shit happens unfortunately. Ignore all that and just enjoy your birthday and hopefully you will have a nice day either way. I wish people wouldn't just see the negative sides of you but also the positive ones but human kind is very unforgiving unfortunately. As someone else said, everything isn't just black and white. I've seen your smile NaNiwa, I've heard your inspirational speeches and I've watched you being hilarious on stream, to me you are NOT a bad person. Enjoy your break from sc2 and hopefully we will see you back in action again! ![]()

Also I think that if naniwa was retiring for good, Alliance would make an annoucnement about him leaving the team?

I had a friend in sc2 who left without giving any explanation, I've often wondered why, but life continues. Thanks for your words are precious. GL mate

I have never seen a bigger bunch of people upvoting comments which are even more classless than anything a pro player have done in a game. Then again that is quite normal! I have calmed down a bit and just wanna say GL with your career NaNiwa even if its only a break or a retirement. People on reddit can be quite dumb. We all know, that being anonymus can make you say stupid things. On reddit you don't even have to leave your user-ID to be annoying, you just have to click on a +. I would'nt worry though, in a few days the aggressive people on reddit will be back to attack someone else. Hopefully that LoL-coach or someone else, who deserves it.

Naniwa has offered a lot of entertainment and excitement over his SC2 career, both inside and outside of the actual game. Although he's never been exactly "classy", the honesty that he has brought to the scene is of great value. I've been a big fan for the last couple of years, and if he decides to give the game another shot I'll be ready to cheer for him. The forfeit at IEM left a sour taste, but hey, we've all been in bad places and done stupid shit. I hope he can find some peace of mind, whether it be in a break or retirement. Cheers, Nani!
