A straightfoward ambiguous opening-post.

"Hello and welcome to my blog!

In here I'll write about everything in my life as a Pro-gamer within Starcraft 2, my life in Korea, fellow players I
meet and anything it encompasses.

If there's anything specific you're wondering about, comment below and I'll try my best to answer every question
there is!

I don't have the time to translate the video interview right now, sadly =/

Here's a translation of the video, i found on reddit! Thanks to fiskpost!
+ Show Spoiler +
Naniwa:
-Johan Martin Lucchesi.
-Right now I am 23 years old and playing in Alliance. My nick is Naniwa.
-I picked my nickname from an anime serie, so it's very dorky and stuff. There was a character I liked a lot so I just picked that name. I thought it was cool, that's about it. And this characters background was that he also started from the bottom but ended up getting to a certain level, like professional level.
-I started to play the game, WarCraft 3, when I was 12 years old. I started to get quite good when I was 13-14. I tried to become a pro in WarCraft 3 but I was in school as well. My parents always had this rule that as long I finish school stuff I am allowed to do whatever I want on the side, but to become a pro while getting to play for 5 hours compared to everyone else playing 10, that is very hard. So then I got older and thought "Now when StarCraft 2 came out I want one shot, to see how far I can get". Basically for all of StarCraft 2 I have been a pro gamer.
-I believe my greatest strength as a player is that I shape myself around the ones I play against. So for example, if I play with bad people I get a lot worse, but if I get to Korea for example and face the best players I can get to their level quite easily. So that is probably my biggest strength, adaptability.
Tom "EndarSs" Bramler:
-Naniwa he, he understands the game in a way very, very few do.
Ken "Hot_Bid" Chen:
-He, he's a very good player. He, he's one of the few that can compete with the Koreans.
Rachel "SeltzerPlease" Quirico":
-I think that very few players can archieve the status of best player. But if anyone has the ability and mental power to put in the time and work, it's Naniwa. The only thing he has to get past is a little bit of his ego, but as he matures as a player I think that's totally possible.
Naniwa:
-Unfortunately my personality has always been very, how to say it... provocative -- that not many others like. But I like seeing others in their most emotional state, when you really see how they are, how they react to certain things -- I've always thought that was enjoyable. I have always been very interested in psychology.
You always have periods where you play more or less but right now I'm quite motivated. So now I wake up, then I make something to eat, go to the gym, then I play for 12 hours, then I sleep. And then same thing. And people seem to think this is very difficult for me, but it's not hard at all. As long you like the game it's not a problem.
-I'm a guy that really likes to put 100% into one thing instead doing many things a bit on and off. My dad always tought me that second place is useless and winning is the only thing that means anything. So.. that's like, my mindset for everything in life. If i was to be completely honest, I have no other interests(goals) I want to achieve right now. I feel I can't play forever, I want to do what I can with the time I have. I don't want to have any regrets when I quit the game, so I want to see how far I can go. So the only thing I want is to play StarCraft. But I really like, actually -- working out at the gym for 1-2 hours a day. That is relaxing for me I think, just having a time slot where I don't think about anything.
-On my blog at TV6 I will write about opinions and thoughts about tournaments. And to try to get others opinions about. So I guess that's mostly what I'm interested in.

There's a super long version translation of the video on Reddit, now, too. It's the top voted comment atm and it's pretty much a transcript!

Naniwa just posted a blog entry: http://www.tv6.se/blog/naniwa/korea-pracc

In summary he says that a regular day for him is to practise 10-14 hours a day and go to the gym, but that it's hard to work out regularly when traveling a lot to different events. His biggest problem earlier when staying in korea was that it was pretty lonely due to how few people speak english. Now that SortOf is there tho it's a lot better. It's much more fun to practise in korea due to the level of play and that you feel that you improve after every game. Would've gone to Valencia but he feels it's better to focus on a few tournaments since it disrupts the practise when you have to travel and change time zones etc.

My english isn't top notch so didn't feel comfortable doing a straight up translation.

Translating the new blog entry:

I'd very much like to write about anything between the earth and the sky here, but unfortunately being a progamer basicly means you have no personal life! ; D I'll write about how my days usually go now that I'm in Korea. Usually I wake up, have breakfast and play for 10-14 hours per day Sometimes I go to the gym, it's always hard for me to resume excercising regularily after I've been traveling through different timezones, but oh well, complaining isn't going to help

The big problem for me in Korea used to be that it was very lonely since very few people here speak english, but now that I have my squire SortOf here, who recently joined Alliance, everything is peace and calm! The koreans have also began to open up more the more time passes, so it's good that everyone's feeling well!

Anyhow, it's extremely fun to train in Korea compared to Europe since the players' overall skill-level is so much higher so that I feel like I'm evolving with every game. I was supposed to go to Dreamhack Valencia but I felt that it would be better to focus on scoring good results in a few tournaments than just trying to attend as many of them as possible. It gets tough to change timezones and have weeks in which I don't practice.

As usual, if you have any questions about something specific in my world that you want to know about, write it in the comments! I'll be checking this blog very often. Maybe it won't be that fun in the beginning since I'm not especially used to the idea, but if you give me suggestions I can write about some more interesting things There are almost no limits! Haha

Haha.

I left in some of the sloppiness from the original post in the translation, didn't want to be cutting it too much. It's not a consistent transcript, but I tried to translate directly when it was possible.

Also, the swedish word for "squire" is often used more to say something along the lines of "brother in arms". He's most likely not trying to look bigger and badder than SortOf =P

I'd probably translate "vapendragare" with "brother-in-arms" and not squire at all, yeah. It doesn't have the connotation of being subordinate. Squire would be "väpnare."

Has he spilled all his secret builds or does it not even matter because he's gonna roll through WCS EU with gorgeous execution.

This is like the end of a rocky movie after the months without a sponsor. Super excited for WCS EU.
