Even more impressive by Naniwa is that he could've been 26-16 if he hadn't had to forfeit two games vs.. Select was it?

It's so great to see my most favourite player ever doing good again! <3 Naniwa!

His games vs. Select was in NASL and not mvp wasn't it?

Indeed. He's currently 3-2 in his NASL division, he could have been 4-1 if the scheduling misunderstanding for the Select game hadn't happened.

Guys. Don't forget the MvP Playoffs tomorrow when NaNiwa will play against the second place EU player in that tournament. Probably against Grubby or an epic rematch vs ThorZain .

* Yes, he is pretty much 99% safe to advance to playoffs.

I think at least Sheth and Idra has forfeited a lot of matches once they started falling behind.

That does not answer his question at all.

I can't think of a single match up more fitting to represent the foreign scene in the MLG vs Proleague Playoffs than Naniwa vs Thorzain.

Yep! + It's a Bo7.

Time for the Kingslayer NaNiwa to show the King in the North who's the boss.

How come Naniwa is in the list of notable players for dreamhack eizo open bucharest, but he's not in the brackets?

Because Naniwa aint going to Bucharest according to Apollo on SOTG, apparently because he lost some match against Nerchio. With this there is a big risk he loses his qualification spot for DH winter as well.

I try my best to be a Naniwa fan but he makes it really hard for me sometimes...

I don't think it's that bad. NaNiwa has kicked some ass recently and he is starting to show results again. If he wins against ThorZain he will go to MLG and he will also be at IPL. By not going to Bucharest he will get more time to practice which in the long run is good.

NaNiwa will probably lose his qualifications spot for DH Winter, but... There's 4 spots in the Open Bracket for DH Winter - where he can dominate. He is not out yet

I didn't watch SOTG, so I don't know what exactly Apollo said, but I'd think the reason for Naniwa not attending DH: Bucharest would be because he doesn't feel he is in sufficient shape at the moment and would rather stay in Korea and focus on practicing. In addition finish off the MLG vs Proleague without travelling in-between. If his matches vs Nerchio are related to anything, it's most likely because they made Naniwa realize he wasn't in as good shape as he had hoped to be.

As much as I would love to see Naniwa attend DH: Bucharest and every other tournament out there, in addition to streaming and doing publicity stuff and what not, I want way more for him to be back in perfect shape and succeed in the long run.

While not going to DH: Bucharest is sad, it gives him more time to prepare for complete domination in IPL5 and GSL:WC

It's just a pity it's in the first round.
