With this there is a big risk he loses his qualification spot for DH winter as well. I try my best to be a Naniwa fan but he makes it really hard for me sometimes...

NaNiwa has kicked some ass recently and he is starting to show results again. If he wins against ThorZain he will go to MLG and he will also be at IPL. By not going to Bucharest he will get more time to practice which in the long run is good. NaNiwa will probably lose his qualifications spot for DH Winter, but... There's 4 spots in the Open Bracket for DH Winter - where he can dominate. He is not out yet ![]()

I didn't watch SOTG, so I don't know what exactly Apollo said, but I'd think the reason for Naniwa not attending DH: Bucharest would be because he doesn't feel he is in sufficient shape at the moment and would rather stay in Korea and focus on practicing. In addition finish off the MLG vs Proleague without travelling in-between. If his matches vs Nerchio are related to anything, it's most likely because they made Naniwa realize he wasn't in as good shape as he had hoped to be. As much as I would love to see Naniwa attend DH: Bucharest and every other tournament out there, in addition to streaming and doing publicity stuff and what not, I want way more for him to be back in perfect shape and succeed in the long run.
