I'm a pretty good wrestler with decent strength, but then I went up against a guy who knew no martial arts but was way bigger and stronger than me. Do you know what happened? He picked me up like I was a fucking toy and then threw me on the ground. All the martial arts in the world can't counter that raw power he has over me.

If the big guy can bench 400+ pounds, odds are he isn't going to get worn out anytime soon. Furthermore, the small guy is going to have to exert himself more than the big guy in order to dodge lighting fast blows that are gonna be coming his way, so it's a futile effort anyways.

There is a reason why there are divisions in terms of weight for fighting sports. It's incredibly hard for someone of a lower weight to fight a person of greater weight. Martial arts can make up for some of that weight difference sure, but not like a huge amount... Now, if we're talking about the point where the weight actually makes it hard for the other person to fight (your example) obviously you can win. Did you see his punches? He had 0 form, he was purely relying on the weight of his arm and his punches were extremely slow. The only good move he did was get the other guy down, but after that, he had 0 energy, so he couldn't actually beat the 169 pound guy up at all.
If someone that's 230 pounds fights someone like me, who is 135 pounds, I'm fucked. Even if I know muay thai, jiujistu, and some other fighting styles, I'd get wrecked because it's impossible to actually fight that guy on a reasonable level. I'd be cool with a fight on someone like 10-15 pounds ahead of me with martial arts, but anything more and I'm screwed.

You do not know much about muscle and the human body do you ? If some one can bench press 400 pounds, he's going to have low stamina and will be slow as hell. People who focus on that amount want body and muscle size nothing more, these are athletes not made to fight but show there body.
