ThorZain, Plz check the height of your computer desk and the chair. Your desk maybe too high for your wrist/arm to relax. There might be some doctors who could give u suggestions of how to get a proper seating environment.

It could be potentially important of these factors. I remember Flash always use a ruler to measure his keyboard distance to the monitor/ to the mouse before playing a game. He did it in this MSL final too

So what are the ideal measures? :D

Varies from person to person based on height weight etc I think

Also, keep good posture...part of the problem might be general circulation within your body.

thorzain fighting! best foreigner terran, love your style etc etc, although my heart will always belong to protoss <3

Well on the first day we played until 3 AM and had to be at the venue again at 9-10 the next day, so we could only sleep for around 5 hours.

Their schedule wasn't followed at all. It could say that you would play in 5 minutes when you in fact would play in 55 minutes. It could also say that you had to play in 1 hour but you could have to play in 5 minutes. That lead to the constant fear of leaving the venue because even if it said that it was an hour until the next match i risked being DQd every time i left.

Also we werent very well respected by the admins. For example when i was gonna play vs qxc in the open bracket I had just finished another bo3 and was called to go play vs him. I went to the station and just said that I had to go to the bathroom and get something to drink because I was dehydrated (There was only dr.pepper in the venue and since it was unsafe to leave that's all i drank that day), but they told me I wasn't allowed to and had to play immediately, even though the game wasn't showed anywhere. There were no time to warm up before any of the games, we only had time to do our settings and then jump right in the game, even at those times we were ahead of schedule.

The only break we had was on the first day, friday, for around 1 hour. There were no breaks on Saturday or Sunday so I couldn't even eat. All i had on Sunday was french fries which i bought right after one of my games at the food court just outside the hall, and even then I was told that I was late when i returned.

At the last day, Sunday, i bought a lot of water and had in my backpack so that made it a lot easier, and made me actually able to play good on that day.

Some guys that have been at other MLGs told me that it was the worst MLG so far, organization-wise.

The seeded players had it better, they had computers to play on, places to sit and water and food inside the venue. Of course it's understandable that they can't do that for everyone in the open bracket, so I'm not complaining about that.

That's why I probably won't go to MLG Anaheim unless I'm seeded.

Go to anaheim, I'm sure some of your fans would be happy to get food for you etc.

ThorZaiN I don't know if I'm correct but I remember seeing in the movie "Shutter Island" some medicin called thorzain or torzain, anything similiar. It's not from that medicine you got your nickname or did you?

Thorzain should definitely go to a doctor and set everything up so he has perfect ergonomics while gaming. I had problems with my wrist while playing lots of computer games earlier (UO and Quake mainly) but it went away when I got a more ergonomic setup, you should look into it asap.

Your team doesn't have staff to act as runners on hand when you guys go to a tournament in the event you need food or drink?

There aren't any ideal measures, you just want to make sure that your elbows a higher than your wrists when you sit so that blood flows more easily.

Wow, July's experience probably sucked if that was the case in the open bracket.

ThorZaiN I just caught your story on WOC and have to say I feel sorry you had to go through this especially since I was there. I do not know if you are a shy person or not, but trust me, next time don't be afraid to ask someone to get you water or possibly even something to eat. You see someone walking around with a press pass, someone you know or a group of players (be it EG or another team), tell them your situation and just ask. There is bound to be someone nice enough to do it. Some people would be honor to get a good player like yourself water/food. If you had asked me randomly while I was in the player's area for example, I would have been glad to do it.

I'll promise you this, if you don't go to Anaheim but decide to go to Raleigh and are not seeded, I'll personally take care you when it comes to getting you water and food.

It probably wasn't. July had the CSN guys, who brought him over, take care of him and got celebrity treatment being a Korean.

Thorzain man. Many people would love to get you food and drink or something. Honestly like if you asked a fan or something to fill up a bottle of water really quick they would probably be more than happy to. I know I would.

I really hope that wouldn't be the reason to not go to anaheim. You have so many fans that would love to see you there.....but either way make sure to go to Raleigh because i'm most likely going! =)
