I am getting tired of these tournaments messing with the maps. It is impossible for these pro players to practice if they keep switching things around, adding rock or removing maps.

PvP is the worst match up. I always feel it is a coin flip for both players and expanding means death.

Keep your chin up Tyler. If Idra can come back, so can you.

After no reply it was followed by something like

"dont answer
like !@#$^^&"

It seems as if Tyler's no practice style is finally getting its just punishment. It worked in tsl2 but that was because he was basically as/more experienced than everyone except idra. He only has a few builds per matchup and just from watching his games I can see he is unable to punish a lot of builds especially greedy ones. Cmon, maybe chill for 1-2 hours a day less and become best foreigner like in bw.

Man it sucks to see Tyler lose his cool. Listening to his IEM replay analysis helped me so much. At least it shows he is passionate about the game. No one likes MaNa anyway

NASL has to get their shit together. Their own players don't even know what map version is being played on.

How the hell did they even manage to decide to use the archaic, imbalanced version of every map (Ironically Backwater Gulch is the exception, they use a new better version of that one), over up to date versions? Boxer proxy 2 raxed on metal near the opposing gold but would have been screwed if Drewbie spawned in close positions, but Boxer didn't know that was possible, he was just lucky. Now Tyler lost a game that he might not of because he probably practiced on the new version of the map and developed his strategy so that he could take out the destructible rocks that were put in the new version.

Disappointed in the bm tyler, even if it was a legitimate complaint. Saying something like that in a professional league, especially when directing it at refs or a player, is pretty unaccpectable in my opinion. There were definitely better ways to handle that.

Still, fave protoss ever. Good luck man <3

Glad to see the explanation of the comments in the NASL match. I've never seen Tyler BM even in the slightest and I felt the frustration in those games. I too wondered why the maps were changed and I can't imagine a player's frustration in practicing on one map and being forced to play a tournament, especially one as broadcasted as the NASL, on different map.

Still a fan and excited to see his next matches!

NASL seriously needs to just use the most up to date maps that are used by gsl/tsl and the like OR at the very least EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES and make sure the players know what the map they will be playing on will be and what the matchup will be at least a week in advance....i may be a low level (in my eyes, comparing against pros ofc) BW/SC2 (C rank/Low-Mid Masters) but i still understand the massive differences that each change on a map can make, and how that can influence a game especially in the more fragile MU's like PvP where a single micro mistake (or micro capitalization) can win or lose the game

GL in the future to you Tyler, i know you can get out of this slump, and i know once you do you will be damn near unstoppable :D

Hey Tyler, do you think you could post some more info about your hotkey set-up that you talked about on State of the Game? I really liked the idea, but as I looked into it I found a few problems, like your hotkey F for being harrasing units and also forcefields, so wouldnt work.
