Actully as much as i like Prime, i think Creator and Marineking kinda waste their talent in Prime. I would love to see them joining a kespa team, otherwise they will slowly fall apart. You just can't compare the practice set up of a little team like Prime, with a big kespa team like KT or SKT.
there are a few rumours circulating about prime's future right now
one is that Najin buys prime as their foothold into korean sc2. i would imagine they would expand prime with better coaching staff and more players rather than just salary them up. however, with prime players not too impressive lately, i am not sure about this happening anymore.
the other option is that prime disbands and their players are picked up by other teams. honestly there are probably only four relevant players right now. boxer is hellbent on getting MKP for SKT, or so i hear. byun might go to KT, he has good friends on that team. maru and creator i'm not sure about, but they have shown a lot of talent in sc2 so far, so i'm sure they will pick up.
to be honest, with the state of prime, i am somewhat surprised they are still around and competing as prime. it's well known that right now they are living off creator and mkp's earnings the last year (they made about 150k last year, plenty to live off for a cheap teamhouse with no salaries). prime started as a clan - a relevant BW analogy might be the by. clan or the [join] clan. clans in BW were often feeders into actual pro teams, and this might happen to prime soon.
it is easier as a prime fan if #1 happens (najin prime) but option #2 is probably better for the individual players. either way, we will probably see after GSTL if any announcements about it happen. ;;

OMG! MKP to SKT!!!! Make it happen Bbbaksah!!!
If that happens, hopefully they pick up Maru as well. I view him also as a modern day Boxer, just like MKP. I haven't seen much of his HoTS gameplay (just getting into it after a long break from sc2) but his play in WoL was some of the best when I had stopped watching.
I really hope they merge with another esf team. To see my favorite players break up with eachother and some of them going to Kespa's drilling camps is a real horror scenario to me xX

Opterown do you have a source on this?
Joining a Kespa team is definitely the best option for Marineking. Stable salary, good practice environment and partners will do wonders to your mentality and confidence.
Any thoughts about if MKP or creator will try for NA or (more likely) EU now that they bombed out of code S?
Also I like prime a lot, but at this point it seems like they are too small to be effective as bigger teams, so I would feel good about the players moving on to new teams in the near future...

Parting and MKP on the same team, sounds weird lol. But Marineking next in like for the SKTerran Legacy if this happens.

Its not like anyone of us wants Prime to disband, but why should the players stick to something that is actually hurting them instead of just going to separate teams or whatever and have a decent living instead. Whatever happens i'll proudly have my prime clothes

yup, i think this is the problem with all the Prime players atm, sadly Just get the feeling that they don't get that quality practice/coaching etc that the bigger kespa teams/IM etc get and they're falling behind. Of course this could be totally wrong, but yeh. Would probably be better for them if they went to kespa teams, however the fanboy in me doesn't want that to happen as I don't like the KESPAS :D
As much as I like PRIME, I think MKP with SKT could be awesome. But in the end, it comes down to the player. Not everyone functions on strict rules and tight regiments. I'd be curious to see if MKJP could excel in an environment like that.
Noooo, MKP out again early. Sad thing there's so few tournaments in kr now, we will hardly see any games from him. He actually had an easy group compared to other groups and was surprised he didn't make it out. sOs kept rolling the dts dice and he finally caught mkp with his pants down in game three, so that was bad luck and bad scouting by mkp. I think mkp should have been more prepared as sOs tried dts every game and only didn't in game 2 cause mkp scouted twilight early in it. He should have beaten sOs.
I thought hots would help mkp's tvz, but he picked up where he left off in wol with not so great tvz. Ling runbys killed him in game 1, but it was still a fairly close game. Game 2 was a build order loss once his double reaper opening did no damage, he was too far behind to catch up. I mean he still had a chance that game and wasn't as far behind as game 3 vs sOs, but mkp just couldn't deal with the mutas well. I was curious why he chose to sac his nat to mutas and try for a base race when he knew how close the mutas were to his nat, so he shouldn't have moved out. Then again you can't play passive vs zerg otherwise they just take the whole map, so mkp was stuck for too long at home with all the muta harass, so I dunno what he should have done.
Bummed MKP has no shot at wcs kr regionals for season 1 now and will hardly get any wcs points I assume for dropping out so early. I just hope he doesn't fall to code b now, since he finished last in group. Just another typical day in the life of being an mkp fan. You go from excitement to disappointment and wait for the next tourney.
If prime disbands, I'm not sure if I want mkp on a kespa team or a foreign team. I like seeing mkp at foreign tourneys and I think that would end if he joined kespa unless he qualified for MLGs. However, a kespa team will be better for improving his skill. I don't want prime to disband, but I also don't want prime to drain mkp's/creator's hard earned money for too long if they are still using those funds to keep themselves running. Players earned that money and should be able to keep it.
SKT or KT would be the only Kespa team I`d like to see MKP on. I think especially under Boxer MKP could be a huge dominance in SC2. Guess time will tell ;;
