Man seeing him so sad like that brakes my heart all over again but I'm confidant by his game play and I hope he didn't took the losses to hard  MKP FIGHTING!@! | ||

I do agree for a bit atleast that we shouldnt call him the best player, but with that said I dont find any player the absolute best atm, just look at DRG that everyone hyped up as the best player because he won GSL, yes at that moment he may have seemed like the best player, then he lost to MKP twice in MLG and then proceeded to get knocked out of ro32. No we have to wait a bit more to actually say who is the best of the best atm. IMMvp is the only I feel was dominating for awhile so far in SC2. Yes he does have some nerve issues, everyone does I guess, but they should be much lighter now that he has won atleast 3 big tournaments. Yeah the ones vs Alive I can't really blame him for, he lost to MMA awhile ago with that proxy marauder bullshit aswell I do believe Squirtle countered his build pretty well, seeing as parting and squirtle are on the same team they probably worked together to find one particular build that would crush MKP's current vP build. It broke my heart aswell In any case, no need to read into it too much, let's just hope he crushes ro16 now. Anyone has any idea of any other tournaments he is in that is upcoming btw? Homestory I guess? | ||

He crushed his Iron Squid group 4:0 and is in the Ro8 now. I don't know when this will be aired, but I heard it was going to be played live, and even that all the Ro4 players will be flown to Paris to play the finals there. (not 100% sure about that though) | ||

I think I should be more clear, it's not really that Artosis openly "hated" MarineKing, but he said random things such as : "Polt is playing TvP better than MarineKing" (I don't remember exactly), "I totally prefer seeing Polt playing TvP than MarineKing" (in the marauder-hellion game vs PartinG), and he is saying such things for a long time now. Maybe it's because he is friend with IdrA and IdrA is the guy who said that MarineKing was the most overrated korean (LOL), I don't think that it has to do with MarineKing's playstyle because MKP has shown about every terran playstyle (mech tvt vs aLive in the GSL, timing pushes TvT or macro-games, his multiple styles & builds against DRG in the two latest MLG, and his various 1rax FE to fast 3rd CC TvP along with weird 2base contain with tanks and upgraded bio in the MLG too...). So since it can't be playstyle anymore (I agree that if it was like seven/eight months ago it could have been playstyle but MarineKing was kind of lost because of mecha, and his TvP builds were weird at that time) I just don't know. | ||

Thanks for clearing it up. However even in MLG Artosis' dislike of MarineKing was very obvious. You should've seen Artosis' face every time Tasteless mentioned how good MarineKing is. I also like the responses to your post in there.. people calling MKP gimmicky. Probably the most versatile player in the world, I should really stop reading LR threads! | ||
