If steven just wants to be an independant streamer than his attitude is his own but if he want's to be professional and actually go back to korea and try to be top tier he needs to quit with this goofing around and actually put the time into becoming a top tier player. In my opinion, all I'd do is yell at him for an hour, make sure he now understands that doing stuff like this will end badly and give him another chance. He isnt a bad person, just slipped once. I'd sortof put some of the blame on the "friends" also for not turning his stream off immediatly.
