FXO invitation is the only one, but I'm not sure if he is even in it.. Apart from the FXO Invitational, IPL Season 2, GeForce AM/PRO. There is some Tt tournament I think he is in as well.
he had to forfeit in the Tt tournament due to going to europe and flying on the day of some of his matches.

I hope he streams soon though because it is always interesting to watch.

He also says that he doesn't stream games that he plays to practice, just streams games not intended for real practice. So maybe this means that IdrA is practicing harder EDIT: I think he said it on the last SotG

yea, he said he planned on being in EU for about two weeks( im not sure if that is counting the time at dreamhack and homestory or not, bc that would be the couple weeks) but id imagine he would let loose and stream just for his fans.(whether he would say it or not, its obvious that he streams for us, not really the money)
maybe im getting jaded, but after watching streams almost daily since the beta, i just cant really watch mediocre-decent players anymore. i watch streams to see world class skill. not antics.
i wish more koreans would stream, as the REAL pros like Nestea,MC, MKP etc. that would really revitalize viewer coverage i think, but of course their teams wouldnt allow it im sure. im pretty sure Nestea could pull15k viewers though like Idra

Idra commenting while laddering is some of the best steaming out there. I wish he would do that again.

I feel that people in general put too much value in winning 1st place. Since TL.net is actually a good website, I only see posts like this every once in a while. But people sometimes say "What has IdrA won lately?" He hasn't won 1st place, but he is placing high in big tournaments consistently; IdrA has never "fallen off the radar." I feel people underrate that huge accomplishment.

Good games are a good accomplishment.
IdrA got knocked out of dreamhack in the RO16, but had two good games against MC where MC had to actually work very hard to take the wins, as opposed to say a Ro4 match where one player completely destroys another player.
It's like in GSL. Inca made the finals, and got completely obliterated. Making the finals won him like 10-20 thousand dollars, but because he played really poorly people were disappointed in him. When Idra lost 0-4 to MC a lot of people were mad, but the last game where idra had 5 bases with a lot of 2-2 hydra and lost to some good DT and blink, that was a good game and should have brought some respect back from people. But nope. They just see the 0-4 and the "choke" an ignore the actual content.

its terrible to say. but im waiting for him to pull out the next big win at something like MLG Anahiem so whenever inflamatory remarks about him come up. we can bitch slap them through the internet. people like to talk crap, but IdrA like a prized racehorse. the competition is super tight, but there's a reason he always has 100:1 odds in his favor EVERY tournament.

I don't know how often you play the ponies but 100:1 is not very good. People don't talk crap about Idra for the fact that he doesn't win a tournament, they get on him for the fashion in which he loses. Sometimes he plays great games and deserves nothing but respect, but sometimes he crashes real hard and defeats himself.

Say what
IdrA wouldn't agree to that
Neither would Combat Ex for $140. Unless he's gonna stream snipe and cannon rush every game

When iNcontrol was on Destiny's stream he said IdrA would most likely agree to it.
And of course he's going to cannon rush.
I hope they make this a continuous show match series as was discussed. If CombatEX actually wins, he might agree to it.
Doubt he'll win though.

The SC community has the memory of a goldfish and reddit is 4chan lite most of the time. Both struggle when it comes to remembering accomplishments and putting them in perspective

I'm a fan of IdrA but i think his Protoss och Terran bashing makes him less entertaining, he has so much influence within the community so now at mid master there are barely any zergs saying gg to me when i play protoss.
