Because he is better than this. I don't think many people could deny that had he won the first game vs mma he would have had a decent shot in game 3, and that in a good state of mind he should have been able to take out mc when being up 2-0. 4 place isn't shabby considering the opposition and congrats to greg for achieving it, but I know that he could do better and hopes he starts showing it.

Very well said. I can only hope that the Gracken looks at this performance and uses it to get better as a player AND as a competitor. I'm sure he could have very well won this tournament.

Ok, I read the last 20 pages of this thread. You guys should remember this is a fan club. If you are going to come to insult players or troll fanboys I'm going to ban you for weeks. No more warnings. It's pretty tiring having to read through 20 pages just cause a couple of idiots can't contain themselves from laughing at other people over a video game.

The reason why many people are so disappointed IMO is because we all know that there was a lot more to Idra's gameplay than what was shown today.
He went toe-to-toe with MMA.
He went toe-to-toe with MC.
4th place is indeed exceptional, but he had the capacity to do better.

I think everyone else is too... Keep this an IdrA fanclub, not a thread to cry about how Zerg is underpowered or how other players are bad or cheesy because once that starts, you shouldn't expect everyone else to sit back and let their favorite players get talked down.
There are players who are fans of both IdrA and MC, if they come here and see that, there's no problem with them standing up for MC. Best solution? Talk about IdrA, don't talk shit about other players and don't turn this thread into a balance discussion.
