Destiny (watching IdrA's stream) told Minigun (playing against IdrA) to cannon a specific location where the cannon is protected by a single pylon. Sniping is fine, whatever. That is flirting with cheating though. I suppose it's a risk you run into when you stream.
Its the only thing NA ladder can do to check IdrA's power at the moment

Thus Idra's recent success on the ladder is a good sign if you're a fan. Your mistake is comparing NA ladder to the KR ladder. KR ladder is actually extremely high level and most top foreigners would have trouble getting GM there, not the case for NA or EU. When I look at the NA GM ladder list there are very few players who should realistically take games from Idra, and hardly any players who could be considered as skilled as Idra is. It doesn't hurt to have a good ladder run, at least it confirms that he isn't completely slumping, but I think comparing it to KR ladder players achievements doesn't make much sense. Your mistake is that you didn't read my post because I never compared that KR ladder to the NA ladder. I'm very familiar with the performance of foreigners on the KR ladder. Every foreigner except for Stephano seems to top out at around a 50-55% win rate on the KR ladder (assuming he's in GM and has played at least 100 games). Idra's win rate was typically around 51%; near the end of his stay, in Season 6 I believe, he had around a 55% win rate, which is perfectly respectable. In any event his current win rate ~84% in NA is much better than his previous win rate ~77%. Even if it is the NA server, it is admirable and likely means he's playing better SC2, so I expect to see better things from him in the coming months because good ladder performance does tend to correlate with tournament results. And I'm in no way saying that an 84% win rate on the NA server means you're the next GSL champion. (Incidentally, why is it so difficult to discuss the ladder intelligently? Every time any sort of achievement is mentioned on the ladder someone will always stupidly point out an patently obvious and well known fact (e.g., "the KR server is the toughest server" is everyone's favorite obvious fact), regardless of whether it's on point.)
To be fair he got like 30 free wins this season though since his MMR reset so he was playing literally gold players and shit for the first 30 or so games of this season compared to his previous seasons.

That's true, although 30 is way off. When HuK was ranking up his EG NA account I played against him when he was 21-0, and I'm mid masters...so it was prob more like 15 wins before he started playing people who could atleast cheese a win off him

I'd jizz my pants if greg release a ladder pack. Even if he hand pick some games so I can replay it in my room, alone, over and over.

from EG and IdrA's FB fan page
Coming in April, Evil Geniuses will be launching a new weekly video series entitled "Evil Thoughts" (for now, at least). Using Twitter hashtag #evilthoughts, you can now be a part of the first episode. Ever want to ask one of EG's pros a question that no one ever dared to ask? Now, we want you to send us those evil thoughts on Twitter. And yes, F#@! Protoss.
Any questions the fanclub wants to collectively ask IdrA? We could all tweet it with the hashtag to have a better chance of it getting answered.

If you could close down any team, which one would you close down and why?

Haha that is pretty good, never would have thought of that. I would ask him how his results affect how he plays or how he practices.
