Ofc I really like Idra and all my opinions are a bit unfair but still, I can see IdrA taking 2nd of this group =)
sounds good! except Kas can always hit you with some 12 hellions right into your main sorta thing

I can see Idra beating Kas this time. From what I see from Idra's stream, he tries his hardest to bust the Terran's third as soon as mutas pop. Kas is really greedy and always takes an unsafe third behind pressure. If Idra deals with the pressure, and counters immediately, I see Kas dying there and then.

And i have seen that idra builds more defence against hellions nowadays than he used to, so i don't think kas can win him with pure hellion anymore.

Idra doesn't stand a chance against DRG unfortunately. Realistically Idra is boss, but DRG is almost untouchable right now. I can't see Idra taking a game off of him. Kas is doable especially since Idra seems like he's punishing greedy terrans nowadays and Kas is arguably the greediest a terran can possibly be. Supernova played terrible TvZ at IEM so Idra has a solid shot of taking him down. Idra can beat inferior protoss pretty easily, but he doesn't stand a chance against top tier protoss. I feel like he could take down real.
|
Idra's ZvP looks pretty amazing vs mediocre Protosses on his stream. He doesn't lose much to them at all. He either wins with infestor broodlord or smashes with roach ling after defended the timing attack with ease.
|
I think with that group he could easily take 2nd (behind DRG obv) but could also go 0-5, it depends what idra turns up on the day and basically where his head is at

Kas is a strong macro terran, who rarely falls to muta/ling/bling in turneys. IdrA really needs to be on top of his game to win imo. Apart from this IdrA sometimes losses to players he shouldnt and im sure that Feast i.e will have a special set of builds prepared for him. Will be tough but GL!

I think he has a chance against DRG, albeit very(very) small. But it's still there!! Kas is only the favourite against Idra because he metagamed him hard, and made hellions last time they met. I think Idra is going to crush Kas really really hard. I dunno about Ret's ZvP, but I think Idra has a reasonable chance against both protoss here. At least judging from his recent ladder play( Yeah, lol. It IS ladder, but his ZvP has been looking better)

Sign me up as IdrA fan! :D

Streaming :D:D:D
And then the commercial cut off the game -.- Did he win against Supernova?
|
No, he didn't. He killed the tanks and probably could have killed the marines with a reinforcement, but decided to quit. Standard game, basically.

God damn, cloaked banshees are so annyoing >_<

Pretty much this. Super hard group but IdrA could definitely do well in it if he plays to his best.

He could have killed the rest but he was so far behind there was no point in carrying on.

He had a massive economy advantage. Saying he was 'behind' is laughable.

How did he have a 'massive economy advantage' ? They were on equal bases and supernova had probably taken a third by then.
