Almost exactly what ForGG been doing, except he only did one starport and made multiple banshees. IdrA know exactly what that build looks like nowadays, he's probably had it used on him by every other terran. xD | ||

More probable is that it's EG recommending he try to make a better impression or just him on his own not wanting to make things difficult for himself. edit: Nestea only maintained like a 55% win on his ladder accounts. It really doesn't mean anything that IdrA's 50/50 in ladder games; he's trying to learn new builds and work on specific aspects of his play, neither of which are conducive to winning every game you play. | ||

Pretty ignorant / biased comment if you ask me. But he's right, most koreans would rather do a lot of custom games especially when preparing for a tournament. Its been known that Stephano doesn't like customs because he might face them in a tournament (remember reading an interview of him saying this) so he uses only ladder as practice. A lot of koreans use their team and that is why in general koreans are a tier above foreigners is because they practice in a house and against each other a ton. They don't put that much into ladder like you seem to think. Look at makaprime he's #1 korean GM and what are his tournament results? His last time he played was in september where he lost to sjow in code A. Laddering doesn't show how good you are, but there are the exceptions. | ||
