Well, if you tear up Code A, you have a chance on a direct seed into Code S. Without Up&Downs. If you win first round of Code A, you freeroll for Code S and are at least in up&downs. Being direct in Up/Downs is only a small advantage imo.
Well, Code A as we know it won't be around for when IdrA gets to Korea. Up/Down will definitely be an asset for IdrA.

idra gets a direct seed into the up and downs and if he does well he gets straight to code S
Idra is 8-5 against MaNa and 4-1 against Grubby... Probably had a pretty good shot at meeting Stephano in the finals, making a good chunk of money even if he lost.
Idra vs Stephano finals would be so epic at the moment. The two top foreign performers duking it out in a ZvZ. Have Idra and Stephano played each other recently, or ever? I would like to know the results if anyone has the info.
As far as I know, they haven't. Stephano only started going to LAN events a few months ago (all he's been to is HomeStory Cup 3, Assembly Summer, IEM Cologne, IPL3, MLG Orlando, and ESWC).
They may have played for EGMC but I doubt it that any team would waste Idra or Stephano for a ZvZ.
Hey guys, do you know when Idra is going to Korea? I far as i know some of the EG players will be going there to practice with Slayers and last time I watched Idras stream he's been at EG Lair.

hes leaving in early december, probably after nasl 2 cuz its the last big tournament this year

2 weeks of rest and practice for Idra. Guess I must also take a small break from spectating international esports( theres always GSL). Please do good in providence + dreamhack + nasl2!!
win another 1 or 3 and no one will put stephano/huk/whoever above Idra as the "Best Foreigner" title.
