@ styles: I`m too lazy to summarise the games but all things considered it might have been the best TLO we`ve seen so far (creativity plus mechanics) | ||

Game 1, Strelok goes mech while TLO goes muta, Strelok's reaper scouts the gas but not the spire. Strelok prepares with thor and has ebays, but doesn't build turrets until he spots mutas, TLO gets big damage with mutas (16-17 scv kills), TLO then gets swarmhosts and drop tech, clears strelok's spotting rax with mutas, drops swarm hosts into main, pulls strelok's army into main, escapes with 7 of his 8 swarmhosts and drops outside the third with reinforcing swarm hosts, the combined swarmhosts plus broodlords overwhelm strelok and it's GG. Game 2, Strelok goes for a thor-hellbat drop, good ovie positioning from TLO spots it, TLO is prepared and prevents the medivacs from dropping and doing any damage. TLO goes muta again, Strelok going mech again. Strelok tries a hellbat drop, spore and queen kill medivac but one hellbat gets out doing decent damage. This time, Strelok is more prepared against Mutas and the mutas can't do too much. TLO goes swarm hosts again, but Strelok has a bigger economy than he did in game 1, so he has a bigger army than in game 1, too. He hellbat drops and pushes the swarm hosts away, but because Strelok's army is out of position, pushing out, TLO does a big ling runby doing big damage to Strelok's natural. With swarmhosts pushed out, Strelok goes for a big mech push, but is held off by faster BLs from TLO, and has little to no AA. TLO pushes with swarm hosts and BLs - although strelok does some solid counter attacking with a tank runby and hellbat drop that kills TLO's 4th and 3rd, he has nothing to deal with TLO's army and TLO slowly cleans up Strelok's army with the few air units at home. GEEEGEEE! :D | ||

The second set vs Strelok was an example why one would want to be a Fan of TLO: which other player could possibly have shown us these incredibly effective disruptions of the conventional wisdom? Little One, my how you've grown! | ||

I mean what would you think about that strategy in game 1 if you were TLOs opponent? Mutas, Swarm-host-drop play and right after that super-fast Brood lords? I would just start to cry and trade my keyboard against a fine bottle of whiskey. | ||
