+ Show Spoiler + TLO's stream has been incredible to watch lately. I have never been able to watch a player jump in skill the way i've been able to watch TLO do so over the past months.
I just hope we someday get to see his ultralisk overlord drop micro against mech on a big stage.
TLO is sort of typecast as the creative but not highest level player but I really think he's breaking out of that while keeping his innovation. I can't watch five games on his stream without seeing him do something uncommon that is cute or innovative but still functional. You can also tell he's trying really hard to play faster which is something a lot of foreigners could benefit from. His clicks are a little frantic right now but I'd imagine he'll eventually smooth out at a much higher average apm than before.
Bravo Dario! You are my pick for player to break out in the second half of 2012!
Edit: Also, his taste in music is muuuuch more to my liking than most other streamers out there.
Same opinion here, best Streamer in the World! You deserve more viewers!
I hope u make it to Code A i think u are so underrated.
Good Luck und viele Grüße aus Bayern

Any chance to get some info about ur upcoming participations in tournaments/leagues?
I'm kinda curious how u gonna perform after training so incredibly well during the last months. Even tho I think ur playstyle is way too greedy most of the time which gives ur oponents the chance to adapt to it.

I'll be attending DH Valencia and Bucharest

I really think I am training smarter and harder than I have at any point before in my career. Not sure how long it'll take for me to break through with tournament wins but I know at this point all I have to do is keep up what I do and step by step improve my training techniques and hard work I <3 you.

is he still in korea? how long has he been there now?

TLO, do you have any other nicknames than Nostradario and Hobo?
|
hey just watched the series vs sound. Pretty good series. I feel like game one was won, except so many overlords were sniped. At one point you sat with 1,2 k gas and minerals, with 5ish infestors but only 1 ultra on the way because of supply block. if you hadn't lost all of the overlords i think you could have held that push with the infestors and the 5 or 6 ultras instead of 5 infestors, then 0, and only then the ultras come out. T-T
keep on like you have been and you'll be ready for DH!

TLO is awesome, and his beard is of the ancients. TLO is Bota.

TLO are you not going to participate in the GSL qualifiers?

Another IPL appearance. Another loss. Absolutey outplayed by puma. Feeling so wasted right now.

I felt the same way when I saw his game. The commentators were actually really impressed with his style and I think he has really improved laddering in Korea.
That's the first time in a long time that he has had an official match at a tourney right? Or did I miss something?
I wish TLO all the best for dreamhack valencia and NASL4!

I was watching this match with high hopes. Tlo lost 2 queens with no apparent reason (they were chilling on the creep), than he started to send lings in small groups to kill this first few marines and medivac... Teja took great positioning and kill like 15-20 lings from tlo for free... than tlo started attacking with ultras with no dps support from lings... ultras alone die so quickly it is sad almost. Yes tlo has improved in korea. I watch his stream very often. He says that he see further and loosing for half a year is not relevant cuz it'll take hs game to next level... now with upcoming hots and tlo still struggling a little in WOL I really don't know what to think. Sometimes he plays really well and sometimes he plays really bad. He is inconsistent. I love tlo play dont get me wrong. He is so adorable. Hope he wins a lot...
I hope TLO you are reading this. Please do something with your unit grouping it is one of the reasons you are loosing the fights... Situation - enemy is incoming... you have spreaded your units as always... than you have to attack ant gather your whole army... you don't have them on hotkeys... you find them manually and select them almost every time. Yous select, hotkey... than select more because it looks like sometimes you don't know where the units are.
You said on chat that not everything that stephano does is good. It was about his 1 hotkey grouping... I said that this is often his key to winning. And it is... zergs are strong in mass. Thats how it was supposed to be. When you attack sometimes your lings are attacking to fast they die in 1 or 2 sec before other units come to back them up or when they are severely damaged.
When stephano attacks he attacks in mass. He always waits if he knows there is not enough units. I know tlo that you have apm to manage 10 hotkeys... but wonder if it is not hurting your gameplay sometimes.
I see you lose so many times to that stupid unit selecting/hotkey groups thing that i sometimes get angry and turn the stream off.
Hope tlo reads this and maybe works a bit on this part of his gameplay - i think it hurts him a lot, but not many does realize it himself included.
Stephano does not do all the things right but he is the best at taking fights delaying., etc. His 2 unit groups helps him a lot. He always attacks at full power - which on this level of play is HUGE. 5 units more can sometimes win you the game. And he always has those 5 units on the battle filed.
Love TLO! Peace.
