There are websites which ship worldwide, but they are quite expensive compared to local Korean prices, but if it's back catalogue stuff it might be quite difficult to find anyway.

that clara thing was the boring mv ever, also whenever celebs in kpop do the unfollow thing (even in progaming, not sure about western celebs tho) but i just think its like a manager told them to do it, rather then themselves its seems super childish if you talk it out with whoever it concerns and then ur like yeah unfollow for fan hype/drama/tears or even worse if they didnt communicate with whoever and its just an unfollow to let them know byebye
