tryhard? Please.. Psy's music videos have always been like this. Goofy, over the top, pervy, and hella awesome to watch. Gentleman hasn't deviated from Psy's typical MV's.

Hmm Im thinking of Soyeon too, but maybe CCM wanted it too look 'new' so they added Areum instead of sso. I did ont like the MV so much, the beats were okay tho, the vocals...idk :/

Eunjung has always looked great with long hair, it was just that she didn't look bad with short hair either and I guess it was her thing to have short hair so she must have liked it. I still have their jap stuff that I never got around to listen. Probably because I don't expect any quality out of it lol but someday I'll get around to seeing if it sucks. Sad that soyeon wasn't a part of Eunjung and Hyomin subunit though. That would have made a good unit.

If they had to have Areum in there I'd rather have Soyeon in the group than Hyomin. 2 vocalists makes more sense to me than 2 rappers.

Gentleman is alright. I've listened to it twice now. I'll probably be bored of it within a month or so after it comes up on my spotify shuffle a few more times. Nothing particularly grabbing about it to me but it's also not terrible either.

When people say tryhard when it comes to Gentleman, at least for me, it means that he tried too hard to copy Gangnam Style. The song, the video, everything is literally the same as Gangnam Style. A lot of it isn't very funny anymore and feels stale because it's the exact same thing we already saw.
