I was hoping for a bit more from the Girl's Day album, nothing really special imo. Don't like the MV either, sexy is not their strong point and it isn't even creative.

I have mixed feelings about the GsD MV. The choreography is more than great and what makes this song for me. The MV is really solid up to 1:50 with well defined camerawork between dance shot and story. You can see how the story is coming to shape through the dance shot. The song also have a nice build up to this point but for a song that rides on ones impulses I find its peak/-s lacking. After this the camerawork is getting out of hands and since the teaser my brain have been stuck on this glorious moment when heaven where suppose to enter the surface of earth and wreck havoc, who knew it was gonna be a one hit-combo with a delayed backhand...

During this timeframe the line between dance shot and story is purposely all messy but consistent (you'll get the hang of it after the third watch and thus are able to keep up with the story without getting sidetracked), and is being further pushed by fast paced camera shots. Kind of a waste to have blinking solo shots during groupsinging when you have such an interesting choreography and could use the time better with longer group shots.

After they realize that they couldn't bring heaven to earth they are rallying all their power for a final push at 2:47 o'clock. Unfortunately the push is not enough and the timing is off by 40 seconds. They are thereby forced to transition to nowhere. They do stabilize at the 3 min mark and even with Yura realizing her mistake and is trying to get to me, It's already to late, because I wanted the heaven on earth scenario.

The 2NE1 song with will.i.am got released through Intel. It's a promo track for the company I guess. Not really sure if it will be on his album later this month or not yet. Might be a better song for the album hopefully. Overall it's not bad but not great either.

For the most part I don't really mind the fact they tried something different, but they should have done a better job with it. Suspenders felt so gimmicky, you know your song is really lacking when you need to rely on gimmicks. I also still don't get the schizophrenic level of scene changes of most Korean MVs; I don't think there was a single camera shot in the MV that was longer than 3 seconds.
