The best quality MVs are usually the ones released by like GOM and Bugs, much better than youtube 1080p even. I don't download many MVs though, I know JPS has all MVs though in every quality imaginable pretty much but I'm sure there are some other sites with them. ♥ my 1080p Wrong Number MV though, so sick.
Yeah k2nblog usually posts 1080p rips from a few different sources depending on how big/popular the release is. They don't exactly feel like 1080p when watching, maybe more like 720p, but its a heck of a lot better than 360p that you are using now.
Saw crayon pop tonight at lotte world. Was sitting with the crayon pop fanclub, those guys (yes only guys) are hilarious. They were all wearing track suits, blonde wigs and yellow neon sunglasses same as the girls. The fanclub leader looked like he was about to pass out the whole time, those guys are serious fans... Girls were real cuties of course.

No, you dont need to downoad anything, just go to keepvid and paste a link from any video, if the video is in 1080p, you get the option to download in 1080p, I think you need to have java installed on your computer though.
Or you can also use torrents, as other have suggested, but I preffer downloading them directly from youtube as I can find pretty much anything I want
