Nine Muses' official FB fanpage posted the image of the girl group rankings and seemed happy that they were ranked at 17, so I guess at least the admin of the page (who posted it) approves of the list's accuracy? Don't know why Nine Muses would be stoked at the 17 slot behind a rookie group though. It's also a bit weird seeing Dal Shabet edging out Secret, but I don't really know much about the Korean market, so it could be true.

From what I've heard from people Dal Shabet is a lot more popular in Korea than it is with foreign fanbases, although I also would think that Secret would sell better. Who knows, maybe the casual/non-idol-following public found DS's song to be more radio-catchy than Secret's.

dal shabet released more songs than secret, so that's why they are ahead. not everyone released the same amount of stuff. secret sales seem to be declining every new single as well but still more popular than dal shabet fo sho.

the aggregate chart is a lot more representative even if it only includes top 20 artists. I guess in this one you can see the numbers by albums.

also T-ara selling so much considering their scandal hit around halfway through the year, right when Day by Day promotions started, is pretty damn impressive. Also ironic it was their top selling album. I guess that adage about publicity is true?

I feel bad for Kara though, they were almost outsold by hyuna's flop.

Btw, just want to point out that one of Chrome boss' tweet says that they're practicing for a new/remixed version of Bing Bing, which I guess suggesting a Bing Bing promotion every Color wanted ever since the song existed.

They planned debuting Hurricane Pop/Crayon Pop with Bing Bing, but then thy went with Saturday Night instead. They tried again and made a new version of the song, but then they decided to go with Dancing Queen at the last minute. I also remember one tweet last year saying they'll have their comeback March 2013. IF they do really plan on having a Bing Bing promo, then I hope this really is it lol. And I trust Dumb and Dumber, I'm pretty sure this new version will be just as good, if not better, as the original.

As much as I want a Crayon Pop comeback, I'm wary. I really like Bing Bing, it's my favorite song of theirs and one of my favorites from 2012, if not in all my kpop. The dance is fun, the song is damn near perfect for their sound and style, and I'd be kind of loathe to see it change too much. We'll see, though.
