I can't seem to be able to install much of anything on my hard drive (E) ever since my OS (Windows 7), got re-installed on another drive (C). Everytime I try to install something on drive E, it tells me I can't because I need "Administrator rights" to do so, even though I AM on my Administrator account. Sometimes it also flats out just tells me, "Access denied". So how can I fix this ? Thank you for your time.

Edit: Ok I just did the ownership and it's not working, here are some pictures just in case I did something wrong. It<s in french, pardon me but the a-hole that re-installed my Windows freaking installed it in French -__-
I tried both CHARLES (my admin account) and Administrateurs (which translates to Administrators, plural, for some reason... Don't know what that is... None worked... Safe is the non-admin account I use for extra-security by the way, the one I'm on right now..
Second edit: Oh ok, there's more steps to be done, well, I'm going to log in under my admin account and try again. Thanks for the help, I hope this works!

Practice? It is a lot easier than people believe, the only problem is learning the special rules and grammar. It's actually quite similar to the English alphabet, or well that's how I remember them anyway.
