I should have specified my area. Detroit is in bad shape so I can see it being that low there. I live in the NYC area, specifically NJ area right outside Manhattan. I was using the price ranges of the houses by me. Using Detroit as a comparison is dumb, nice try though.

That house looks like a one bedroom condo. I live in a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, with an in ground pool and I don't think I could barely get 300k for it. Housing market is not doing well right now. Better locations around me could probably get from 500k to 1 million for my house. Hara's house looked like a shed to me.

I watched Strongheart where Victoria was talking about how similar in age she was to BoA, and I looked her bio up and only just realised that Girls Day Sojin is also older than BoA. I think if BoA were to wear a fringe more people like me wouldnt keep forgetting she is still pretty young.
