There's a chance it's them, but given how busy groups are and how little business twitter messages are likely to create (anyone following on twitter at this pOint is both more likely foreign and also a fan already, so you're not making many more fans) if I were in their companies position I wouldn't have them spend the timr

It would seem strange that they don't even have personal phones though o_0. I'm just speaking from my own perspective. My bro is a pretty big food celeb in NY and has 10K twitter followers and he doesn't use any interns for his twitter. Just writes random crap and replies now and then on his cellphone. I've seen several other American celebs who are much more famous than Crayon Pop maintain their own twitters as well, as in I literally stand there and watch as they take their phone out and tweet something. Perhaps Korea is different. I don't know enough to say, and I could understand a blog or something like that being a lot of work, but twitter honestly is a small amount of effort. Even as a very busy person, I'm sure it isn't hard to reply to someone if they PM you on TL. Twitter's not much different.

It could still be the work of some really creative intern, but I highly doubt that's the case here. It's not like if it's that big of a big deal either to schedule 30 min/1 hour per member to respond to a couple of tweets.
