Have you ever trained a choreo / dance enough that your body is able to move without explicitely thinking "now I have to do this. now that"?
As long as it's not a Bora like faceplant it's not bad. "Shit, why now? Get up & continue. Argh it hurts a bit but I can deal with the pain and continue". It's not hard.

Omg, I want to be a korean athlete so T-Ara can give me flowers when I'm watching their performance. The athlete part is feasible (although not easy at all), but I'm afraid the Korean one is a bit harder...
