To ensure this thread won't be closed, you must adhere to several a number of simple rules; - Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
- When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
- No reposting of old material unless justified
- Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
- No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
- Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
- No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
- No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
- Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up. |

Probably need to look into remixes for super fast paced songs. Well, that's what keeps me alert anyways, in terms of increasing APM.

A friend of mine plays considerably better when listening to Korean music, I need to have an edge over him!

Right. Just saw a list of songs, and hit reply.
I would answer your question, but I only listen to music while gaming to soothe myself and not rage too hard. Also I have a very limited and bias playlist (limited to like 6 groups only), so I wouldn't be much help!

Hey people! I just got sucked into Kpop... ![](/mirror/smilies/puh2.gif)
Listened to Whoz that Girl(Exid) on IPL/Hero's stream. Must say I love that song/style. Is there anything like that you guys can reccomend? It looks like they haven't released an album yet. ![](/mirror/smilies/frown.gif)
I looked up Girl's Generation and liked a couple of those songs too, just not as much. 4+ hours of driving tomorrow so need to burn a CD for the trip. Help please? :D

^ I'm thinking of Sistar, Brave Girls, Secret, and maybe some Kara for you.
look up songs from Shinsadong Tiger He is essentially incharge of EXID, hes a producer that has done many popular songs for other groups

I won't go post like 20 songs but if you like exid, I'd say any of the popular "pop" girl groups would suit you. Secret, Sistar, 4minute, T-ara, Miss A, etc. Here's few songs.

Speaking from experience, what songs/playlists increase your APM when playing SC2 and why? (Could this be a thread of its own?)
My APM has slumped from 70s to 40s , at the same level though as my understanding has improved
|
A lot of girl groups' music helps make my apm go that little bit higher, particularly songs from SNSD and KARA. Nfi why that is, but I guess the bpm of the song compliments the speed of my hand movements.
|
music doesnt generally change my apm, though it helps my mood when i play
if you're playing at 40 though, its just because you're not doing as much as you know you should. have someone yell at you while you play O_o
